Pros:

Hôtel confortable

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ultra minimaliste ( très décevant pour le prix ). Et le personnel, surtout la dame du restaurant n’était vraiment pas agréable à la limite de l’agressivité quand on ne comprenait pas. Il est vrai qu’elle s’exprimait au mieux mais semblait tellement agacée dès que quelqu’un ne comprenait pas de suite qu’elle en devenait agressive. Moment très désagréable au dîner !

Fijn hotel aan de noordkant van Madeira
Pros:

Erg stil. Prima ontbijt en s'avonds erg lekker gegeten. Fijne douche. Matras wat hard maar heerlijk geslapen. Fijne ruimtes om binnen en buiten te relaxen.

Cons:

Kleine puntjes zoals weinig ruimte voor toiletspullen in badkamer en weinig licht in de kamer Ligging aan de rand van het dorp.

Für eine Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung, der Ort bietet nicht viel, aber das Hotel ist an sich schön :-)
Pros:

Der Pool und Whirlpool war schön, Handtücher gab es zum Leihen.
Ausblick in die Berge war schön, das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Glastür zum Badezimmer war sehr „offen“, wenig Privatsphäre dadurch. Keine deutschen Sender..aber das ist hier wohl normal :-)
Recht kleines Zimmer zum Abstellen der Koffer, das Licht ging nur mit Karte, das machte das Abschließen der Tür etwas schwierig am Abend.
Am Frühstücksbuffet wurde man verwant, wenn man sich ein Stück Obst oder so mitnehmen wollte, dass das Personal dies in Rechnung stellen würde..bei 148€ die Nacht fand ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut.

Beautiful Hotel and Grounds
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, grounds, and surrounding area. Small town, not very walkable, but quite scenic. Parking was ample and easy. The hotel offers quite a bit.... a pool, a courtyard, and a restaurant. There was a lovely view from our room. The room was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The temperature was pleasant but there is a heater in the room if needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Coffee, juice, fruit, breads, meats, cheese, eggs, etc. It was ample, hot, and delicious.

Cons:

Checking in was difficult. We waited quite some time. The host, although very kind and friendly, did not speak English which made communication difficult. I booked a room with 2 beds and thought it was for two people, but apparently the price was only for 1 person. We couldn't clarify the issue and ended up paying quite a bit more which was disappointing. I may not have booked the room if I had known the "real" price. The listing showed WiFi available, but due to communication barriers, we were unable to access the password. The TV was small and only had local channels. Bathroom was functional and clean, but not well laid out.

Pros:

L’hôtel, situé dans un petit village, nous a permis de visiter le nord de l’île très facilement. Notre séjour s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble. À ne pas manquer, un joli point de vue au bout de la route qui passe devant l’hôtel.

Cons:

On pourra regretter le fait qu’on entend bien le bruit du couloir (mais pas celui des chambres voisines), et de mémoire le dîner était ok, mais rien d’inoubliable

Bonne situation et bel environnement pour un roadtrip
Pros:

Séjour très agréable, super emplacement, bel environnement et personnel très sympa
Le restaurant était très bon, petit déjeuner moyen

Cons:

Il y avait une forte odeur (d’égout ? Évacuation ?) dans la chambre/salle de bain, ce qui a perturbé notre séjour.
Les douches de la piscine étaient froides
C’est dommage
