Pros:

Das Personal war super aufmerksam. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bewirtet. Das Boca de Bolo war das beste, was wir auf Madeira probiert hatten. Auch die anderen Speisen am Abend waren richtig lecker. Vegetarisch gab es leider nicht so viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war tatsächlich jeden Morgen das gleiche, lediglich das Obst hat variiert. Das war echt schade! Der Kaffee am Morgen ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Pas de climatisation. Pas de frigo. Pas de geste d’accueil particulier, exp : bouteille d’eau. Le petit-déjeuner devrait être plus varié.

Au calme absolu
Pros:

Établissement rural, rustique et moderne à la fois. Belle piscine+ jaccuzi et beau jardin pour se reposer. Mirador à 2 mn en voiture. Petit déjeuner correct, pris dans le jardin si la météo le permet. Au calme dans un tout petit village. Grand parking gratuit.

Cons:

Chambre un peu trop "rustique" dans la partie ancienne de l'hôtel. Absence de rideaux fins alors que la fenêtre donne dans la rue, du coup obligation de garder les volets clos, c'est dommage..... Idem pour la salle de bain.

Très bon hôtel dans cette partie de l'île
Pros:

Séjour de 2 nuits fin juin 2026. 3 chambres dans la partie la plus ancienne de l'hôtel qui s'apparente à une "Quinta".
Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortable et calme dans environnant permettent de se détendre pleinement.
Piscine chauffé et jacuzzi sont super et bienvenues après une journée de rando.
Parking parfait et gratuit.
Buffet de petit déjeuner avec du sucré, du salé et des fruits. Ce n'est pas un énorme buffet mais c'est très bon et parfait pour reprendre des forces.
Restaurant de l’hôtel propose des plats de qualité (Viande de boeuf très bonne) et copieux pour un tarif comparable aux restaurants environants. Le service est attentionné et très chaleureux.
Même si les routes sont parfois difficiles dans cette partie de l’île, l’hôtel offre un bon emplacement pour faire les randonnées et visiter le nord de l’île, c'est un très bon choix. La recommandation du routard n'est pas usurpée!

Cons:

Literie un peu molle, mais c'est un détail!

Mosquitos and poor service
Pros:

The rooms have no air conditioning or fans. They get really warm with the windows closed. If you open the windows- most don’t have screens so we spent two nights getting eaten alive and getting buzzing in our ears. We were told there were no fans to borrow. I had bites everywhere- including my face and eyelids.

We also found some of the staff to be terribly rude and unfriendly. One, in particular, understood English perfectly but would only speak to us in Portuguese, and angrily.

A true disappointment.

Absolument à recommander!
Pros:

Réservation faite d'abord pour une seule nuit puis prolongée d'une seconde, tellement l'endroit est plaisant et paisible.
Accueil et personnel hyper sympathique. Chambre très confortable, rien ne manque.
Petit-déjeuner impeccable et repas du soir copieux et très bon.
