Great Location, Lacks Air Con
Pros:

The hotel location is ideal, especially considering the affordable room rate. The room was above average size and was well stocked with everyone you need for a short stay. It was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

I visited the hotel in the summer heatwave of late June 2026 and it was unbearable in London. Sadly, the room didn't have air con which meant it was far too hot, I was sweating constantly. I had to have the window wide open and despite my 3rd floor room, the noise was sometimes disruptive but not constant. I will definitely use the hotel again, purely for location if nothing else, just not during a heat wave.

Pros:

Staff at the reception desk was polite and helpful. Found second fan for our very hot room.

Cons:

1. Very hot - no mobile conditionong. Bearly possible to sleep. 2. Asked via booking.com for 2 rooms to be as close as possible, but got on completely separate sides and floors. 3. Difference between two breakfast types not clearly indicated on booking.com - Booking.com says "good breakfast", but if you want to get normal warm breakfast - charge extra 5 pounds per person.

Hot but great location
Pros:

IThe room had 2 electric desk fans to combat the heat wave suffered in may. Luckley the room was larhe and didnt feel too stuffy.

大英博物館やロンドン中心部に行くのは非常に便利でした。

Cons:

1泊40,000円も支払っているのに、ベッドの枕やシーツはシミだらけで、ホテルも非常に電気が入っており不衛生でした。またエアコンも冷蔵庫もなく設備が非常に悪い。チェックインする時も私が待っているのに、女性スタッフは知らん顔でパソコンばかり見ていた。

Great location- ideal for central locations- British Museum, Covent Garden and West End.Reception staff friendly.

Cons:

Very tired, rooms could do with redecorating. Room noisy could hear every footstep in room above through floor. Facilities poor, no bar service at lunchtime- had to go to a sister hotel down the road. No complimentary bottled water provided in room which one would expect on the room rate. TV signal very poor and no BBC CHANNELS.

Pros:

Perfect location, a few steps away from the British museum and a short walk from tube stations. There are supermarkets nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was small, but comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The shower is stationary. Bad wi-fi connection.

Great location but the room was too hot.
Pros:

The location of the property is really accessible and close to public transport and activities.

Cons:

We were too hot at night. With this heat wave, the hotel should install air conditioning in the rooms. It is also helpful to keep irons inside the room without guests having to request them. We did open the window to get air but it did not help and instead, since there isn't any screen, bugs flew inside.

God beliggenhed

Cons:

Rengøringspersonalet startede omkring kl. 5 og var pænt larmende. Der var en menu med bl.a. et par flasker hvidvin at vælge imellem. Men ved bestilling havde de ingen af dem alligevel!!!

Central and peaceful.
Pros:

The room was a great size with a peaceful outlook over the garden.... it was also shared no common walls with other rooms so it was very peaceful. It felt like a secluded oasis.
