We stayed here for our honeymoon and what a hotel it is, beautiful views, very clean, friendly staff and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Would definitely return. Breakfast was delicious and mimosas included at this time too, great way to start the day. Thank you so much!
What a fantastic hotel. Located a few minutes' walk from the main town, it's in the perfect spot.
The hotel is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean. The pools were great, and the views across the town and the bay towards Vesuvius were spectacular.
The staff were amazing, so welcoming and always smiling. It was obvious that they all take real pride in what they do, and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay memorable.
We stayed in a Prestige room. The views from the balcony were fantastic. The room was spacious, and the large bed was really comfortable.
There are various dining options, all of which were really good. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and with plenty of choice.
The next time we go to Sorrento, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Pool service needs more staff to run drinks and food
Perfect. The views from the property and our room where so beautiful. The food at the bar is good, the pools are incredible, very near the center of Sorrento. Will come back as soon as I can!
Just take into account you have to get to the hotel by taxi from the port which is around 30 euros. Walking to the hotel from there is rather difficult with bags. There is a bus but you had to do a connection - so better the taxi.
What a fabulous hotel in a brilliant location. From start to finish we were made to feel cared for and special. The hotel is easy walking distance to the centre, it is stylish in its decor and the pools are spectacular. There were always enough sun beds for guests and luckily no major rush in the morning like some hotels. Very chilled. Breakfast was great with good choices though some guests just piled food on their plates which they did not eat which was such a waste, but nothing anyone can do about that. Waiter service at the pool was fantastic and again all the team there were extremely respectful, professional and liked to have a laugh with you which was great. Lunch exceptional

Anna-Marie was just exceptional. Breakfast and Lunch Anna welcomed us with a mega smile, and read the room. She was extremely professional and versatile. You could see she was always putting the customer first and trying to find ways to improve service and give the customer exceptional service. As a business owner myself, these are the qualities of an individual I would absolutely want to represent my company and values in a senior position. Let’s hope Anna breaks the traditional, if not stifled mold, and is promoted to maitre d otherwise I would love to steal her and have her represent my company in a senior management position. Well done Capodimonte we will be back and have already recommended where a colleague has already booked. You made our second trip to Sorrento even better.
