The hotel is very well located, near the cathedral etc. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and Monica who was supervising the breakfast buffet making sure tables were cleared and reset for other guests was extremely helpful and attentive and took time to chat with us. Monica is a credit to the hotel murillo, a lovely lady and glad we had the chance to meet her.
The hotel we had was very basic, the bathroom shower was very small and cramped and the door to the shower didn't close properly so it was difficult to have a shower without water escaping on to the bathroom floor which we had to mop up.
Tea and coffee was provided in the room but no milk jiggers so I went to reception to ask for some ilk so we could have tea or a coffee.
Other hotel we have stayed provided tjis and sldo biscuits etc.

La posizione centrale, la colazione a buffet varia e abbondante, la gentilezza dello staff, la terrazza da cui si ammirava la Giralda.
La camera un po' piccola e si sentiva il rumore degli impianti. Il prezzo un po' alto.
Great location, the breakfast was quite good. The interior design of the hotel was also quite fascinating.
As the weather was cold during the nights we had to open the air conditioner, which was a bit old and loud. The control panel also was not working properly. I think they should renew the whole air conditioning system, though I understand that might be hard given the historical value of the building.

Located in the old town, and you can walk anywhere. Breakfast is good value for €12 per person and you can pay upon check in.
The rooms were small..We got a triple and a superior double/twin with balcony. There were no shelves to put toiletries inside bathroom. Not enough closet space to hang clothes. We got superior double/twin with balcony so we had an electric kettle.
