Charming hotel in the most perfect location
Pros:

Loved the location & foyer of this hotel, we were on the 4th floor with a balcony in the sun, which was also handy for some well needed washing. Staff very helpful. We didn't eat here but the restaurant across from the hotel has nice coffee & croissants. Restaurants in this Jewish quarter area are expensive.

Cons:

Just a little dated that's all. Elevator small but the room was a good size & a nicely renovated bathroom.

Comfortable stay and near every point of interest.
Pros:

The hotel is inside Barrio Santa Cruz and it has lots of history , the bed are nice and comfortable. The staff are so nice and very helpful especially Victor who recommended where the best place to eat and it was a great place just a few steps away from the hotel “The Teresas” .

Pros:

Mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. La struttura ideale per una vacanza spettacolare. Per iniziare la gentilezza dello Staff sia alla Reception, in special modo José e Esther bravi gentilissimi disponibili e amichevoli, che alla sala colazione come Jessica, molto professionale e simpatica, dove davvero non manca nulla, tutto di ottima quantità, sia dolce che salato, frutta e quant'altro, spremute di 🍊 arancia, pane di tutti i tipi, yogurt cereali noci, salumi formaggi.....di tutto e di più. L'hotel è pulitissimo, cambio biancheria e saponi tutti i giorni. Le stanze oltre che del frigo sono dotate di angolo bar, bollitore x acqua e caffè, bustine di tisane e caffè istantaneo. La struttura è insonorizzata perfettamente in quanto di fronte c'è un ristorante e si potrebbe pensare di essere in preda alla confusione. Acqua calda immediata. Lo consiglio vivamente anche perche è a due passi da tutte le attrazioni della città e pieno di ristoranti e taverne nelle immediate vicinanze.....

Perfect location. It is a certainly budget performance hotel. I would stay again.
Pros:

Perfect location for touristic trip. Located in the old city and very close to all attractions (Cathedral of Sevilla, shopping area, many restaurants etc. all couple of minutes' walk). Hotel is a nice old building. We stayed in a triple room. The room was small but enough for us. The room was cleaned every day and also clean towels provided. Since the hotel is very centrally located there is a noise from the street until midnight. However, for us it was not a problem. We certainly recommend the hotel for a short sightseeing trip in Sevilla.

Cons:

Cars/taxi cannot go all the way to the hotel entrance. Local streets are paved with cobblestones, which makes pulling a suitcase very difficult. It would be nice If there is a help for carrying the luggage, or some vehicle suitable for the streets there.

Great place to stay in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

Excellent location right in the heart of the Old town & short walk from the cathedral. Friendly staff, very comfortable with king size bed & great breakfast.

Cons:

With our complimentary teas & coffees in our room we only had paper cups! Would have been better to have a proper cup.

La cama single es 1 plaza literal 1 niño pequeño cabe apenas, ya estamos en tiempos donde minimo una cama de 1 plaza y media seria lo minimo, senti toda la noche que me caeria hacia alguno de los costados

Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay. The room was a bit dated!
Pros:

The highlight was definitely the hotel lobby — the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lobby itself was comfortable and pleasant.

Cons:

What we weren't happy with: if you're on the first floor, privacy is quite poor and the blackout curtains don't block light well at all. The room is in an older building, so cleanliness isn't quite up to standard and it feels rather dated. The room itself isn't very big, and the bathroom is on the small side too.
