Poor value overall, and the restaurant in particular simply isn't worth the price.
Pros:

English version
Location is about a 10-minute shuttle ride outside the centre of Florence. A shuttle service is offered (unfortunately at an extra charge). The pasta at lunch was okay.

German version:
Lage ca 10 min mit Shuttle außerhalb Florenz Zentrum. Angebot eines Shuttle Service ( leider Zusatzkosten). Die Nudeln am Mittag waren okay.

Cons:

English version:

1. Service: Catastrophic. Clearly understaffed, and the staff who were there came across as extremely unmotivated and disorganised.
2. Restaurant: Several dishes were "not available." Waits between courses ran to 45 minutes or more, and the food fell well short of the level the place advertises. (The tiramisù for dessert was bland — in Italy....) Value for money was simply nowhere to be found.
3. Breakfast: Dirty cups, broken glasses, and cold scrambled eggs — none of which matches the price point or the level the hotel tries to project.
4. Room: The Classic room was worn and run-down, with no sign of any investment in years (the shower curtain, yellowed with age, could probably stand to be replaced). It also sits directly on the road, so it was very loud.


German version:

1. Service : Katastrophal , offensichtlich zu wenig Personal, extrem unmotiviert und unorganisiert.
2. Restaurant: Diverse Gerichte "nicht verfügbar", Wartezeiten zwischen Gängen 45min +, geschmacklich weit vom angegeben Niveau entfernt. (Dessert Tiramisu > geschmacklos... in Italien...) Preis-Leistung völlig fern von gut und böse hier.
3. Frühstück: Dreckige Tassen, Kaputte Gläser und kaltes Rührei.... passt leider auch überhaupt nicht zum Preispunkt ( und dem Niveau was man suggieren will)
4. Zimmer: Classic Zimmer abgewohnt, sichtlich seit Jahren nichts mehr investiert. ( Duschvorhang könnte man evtl. mal tauschen nach dem er vergilbt ist...) zudem direkt an Straße gelegen sehr laut..

Relaxing in style by the pool away from the crazy busy Florence.
Pros:

The grounds are beautiful, pool is great and the place exudes class. Parking is free as well. Nice rooms and the vibe is like you are from another era, in a good way. Great breakfast. Simple drive to Florence, once you know where to go. Shuttles go regularly as well.

Cons:

Bed was pretty hard, but thats like all European beds

Couldn’t be happier, outstanding facility. Something to be proud of for sure.
Pros:

The staff is the best. This is my second time staying here as my daughter, who lives in Italy, and I can’t think of a better place to stay. The food is wonderful and the accommodations are over and above. Thanks to all and I will be back soon.

Otel genel konfor olarak iyiydi. Havuz küçük sayılır.

Cons:

Otel merkeze araç veya taksi ile gidiliyor bu da 35 euro ortalama. Biz yalnız ilk geldiğimizde istasyondan nedense 53 euro tuttu. Otel bizden yaptığımız örneğin yemek yedik. Otel odasına yazdırıyoruz çıkınca öderiz diye hemen kartta o rakamı bloke etmiş. Ayrıca 80 euro kendi kafasına göre bahşiş çekmiş neye göre biz sorduğumuz için söylediler. Sormasak söylemezlerdi. Bu soygun. Biz hayır dedik sildirdik. Ve yataklar değişmiyor o da toplanmıştı. Yemekler orada yersiniz tatlı yemek porsiyon küçük bence bayağı ve fiyat daha yüksek. Bir daha kalırmıyım asla. Restoran müdürü var size ilk etapta hemen kilo bistecca vermeye veya daha pahalı bir şey önerme derdinde. Bence puanı abartılı yer Otel evet ama bizim daha once 2 defa kaldığımız hotel palas dahi daha sıcak ve iyiydi. Orda kalırım ama olmi Bu zihniyetle kalmayız asla. İnsanı soymak içinmi açtınız orayı.
