Schöne Villa, tolle Anlage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super um in die City zu fahren. Mit dem Taxi zahlt man ca. 30 Euro um in die Stadt zu kommen. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle an für 2,50 Euro pro Person. Die letzte Rückfahrt zum Hotel aus der Stadt ist allerdings 19.30 Uhr, viel zu früh. Der Fahrer war auch recht unfreundlich.

Eigentlich nichts.

Pros:

Surprisingly a very interesting hotel, a journey for us in itself. We really like the hotel and staff are all friendly.

Cons:

Electrical outlets are in awkward places; very small table to put our laptops or for chargers.

No longer booking this hotel in future
Pros:

We have stayed here many many times . The staff before Covid was always amazing. ! We looked forward to our stay every time . The staff has changed over the years since accept one lovely lady .
The last two times I have stayed once with a friend in May/jun 2024 and once then with my husband in May/june 2026 were not great .
We come every 18 months or two years as we have friends in Florence . Sadly we will looking for another hotel after staying her for the last 14 years

Poor value overall, and the restaurant in particular simply isn't worth the price.
Pros:

English version
Location is about a 10-minute shuttle ride outside the centre of Florence. A shuttle service is offered (unfortunately at an extra charge). The pasta at lunch was okay.

German version:
Lage ca 10 min mit Shuttle außerhalb Florenz Zentrum. Angebot eines Shuttle Service ( leider Zusatzkosten). Die Nudeln am Mittag waren okay.

Cons:

English version:

1. Service: Catastrophic. Clearly understaffed, and the staff who were there came across as extremely unmotivated and disorganised.
2. Restaurant: Several dishes were "not available." Waits between courses ran to 45 minutes or more, and the food fell well short of the level the place advertises. (The tiramisù for dessert was bland — in Italy....) Value for money was simply nowhere to be found.
3. Breakfast: Dirty cups, broken glasses, and cold scrambled eggs — none of which matches the price point or the level the hotel tries to project.
4. Room: The Classic room was worn and run-down, with no sign of any investment in years (the shower curtain, yellowed with age, could probably stand to be replaced). It also sits directly on the road, so it was very loud.


German version:

1. Service : Katastrophal , offensichtlich zu wenig Personal, extrem unmotiviert und unorganisiert.
2. Restaurant: Diverse Gerichte "nicht verfügbar", Wartezeiten zwischen Gängen 45min +, geschmacklich weit vom angegeben Niveau entfernt. (Dessert Tiramisu > geschmacklos... in Italien...) Preis-Leistung völlig fern von gut und böse hier.
3. Frühstück: Dreckige Tassen, Kaputte Gläser und kaltes Rührei.... passt leider auch überhaupt nicht zum Preispunkt ( und dem Niveau was man suggieren will)
4. Zimmer: Classic Zimmer abgewohnt, sichtlich seit Jahren nichts mehr investiert. ( Duschvorhang könnte man evtl. mal tauschen nach dem er vergilbt ist...) zudem direkt an Straße gelegen sehr laut..
