Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Hotel ist schön gelegen und hat einen tollen Strand.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön war der Strand: sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit angenehm viel Platz. Der Sand wurde jeden Abend gereinigt und bei der Miete der Liegestühle bekommt man auch Strandtücher dazu.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Auswahl gross. Auch im Restaurant haben wir mittags sehr gut gegessen. Das Personal beim Frühstück und Mittagessen war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr schön gereinigt und wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ohne Meerblick war eher klein. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind etwas grösser, weshalb wir beim nächsten Mal wahrscheinlich ein solches wählen würden.

Beim ansonsten sehr guten Frühstück haben wir gutes dunkles Brot oder Vollkornbrot etwas vermisst. Einmal wurde das Frühstück draussen serviert, was wir viel schöner fanden als im Frühstücksraum. Schade, dass dies nicht häufiger gemacht wurde.

Beim Abendessen hätten wir uns ein Menü zu einem festen Preis gewünscht. Da alle Gerichte einzeln bestellt und bezahlt werden mussten, fanden wir das Abendessen insgesamt eher teuer.

Auch die Liegestühle am Strand waren eher teuer, wobei die Preise mit denen anderer Hotels in Alassio vergleichbar sind.

Pros:

Nous sommes déjà venus dans cet hôtel et, une fois encore, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour !

Le personnel est toujours aussi professionnel, accueillant et agréable.

Nous avons eu l’occasion de tester les deux espaces pour le petit-déjeuner : à l’extérieur, avec une belle vue sur la mer, et à l’intérieur, dans une magnifique salle avec un mobilier élégant et un buffet joliment aménagé. Les deux ambiances sont très agréables et le buffet est bien achalandé et varié.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les touches de couleur apportées par la chaise et le cadre du lit, qui donnent beaucoup d’originalité et de personnalité à la chambre.

C’est toujours un plaisir de revenir dans cet hôtel. Nous repartons une nouvelle fois très satisfaits et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Qualità prezzo non adeguato
Pros:

Personale gentile, la colazione molto variata e curata.

Cons:

Non incluso posteggio, spiaggia e piscina, troppe cose non incluse nel prezzo (già costoso).
La camera non era come nelle fotografie, vecchio stile ( nelle foto moderne e luminose) mancavano delle prese per la carica dei cellulari.

It was okay. Not terrible, not good either.
Pros:

Its situated at the beach yet in the town, which is pefect. Good breakfast.
Staff was mostly friendly.

Cons:

We never used the only elevator because it was always occupied. There was sometimes a bad smell from the drains in the room, it came and went.
There were literally no soundproofing between the rooms, we could hear the neighbours talk, cough and use the bathroom…
The sunbeds costed extra, and there were just a tiny discount compared to what ppl not staying at the hotel paied for using them.

Très agréable et confortable
Pros:

Le personnel est impeccable et le petit-déjeuner très bon. L'organisation de la plage attenante à l'hôtel est très confortable, tout comme le restaurant qui s'y trouve.

Cons:

Le coût global, hôtel, plage et restaurant sont assez élevés surtout en haute saison. Mais l’ensemble des prestations sont de qualité.

Frühstück: tolle Lage, aber keine Abwechslung beim Brot (z.b. Vollkorn- oder Roggenbrot), kein offener Honig, Konfitüre aus der Fabrik, insgesamt zu wenig regional und ökologisch
Strand: kostet extra (was ja in Italien leider bekannt ist), sollte im hotelpreis inkludiert werden…..

Bästa hotellet i Alassio
Pros:

Allt är perfekt. Frukosten som serveras ute mellan hotellet o havet har allt man kan tänka sig och lite till. Servicen är helt perfekt. Personalen underbara. Strandrestaurangen som tillhör hotellet grillar den allra bästa fisken o skaldjuren till bra pris. Vårt barnbarn på 2 år ville inte äta då erbjöd restaurangen specialanpassad meny med köttbullar
Stranden som tillhör är kliniskt ren med fina omklädningsrum duschar och toaletter
Vi har varit här två år nu. Kommer tillbaka nästa år i september
