Good location, close to metro. Beds were not overly comfortable but accommodation was clean. If was quite hot when we stayed 29/30 degrees which was bearable without air conditioning, however if it was any warmer it would have been uncomfortable the room held heat, windows could open slightly which was helpful at night.

This hotel is very close to the British Museum, which is why I stay here and have done previously. Staff always go above and beyond. Being able to leave luggage at the hotel before check in is also very convenient.
As always, it is very clean, both reception and the room. The bed was very comfortable.
Being on the top floor, the room was quite warm, to the point the cold water ran warm (constantly). Again, staff were amazing. They provided several bottles of cool water for me to drink and keep in the fridge.
My room was a studio, but it's a bit rich to use that term for a small double room with a tiny kitchenette. The bathroom barely had enough room to move about in. It's sad to see this hotel slowly age and be in need of refurbishment. I'd say refurbishment is actually overdue now (carpets worn, wallpaper coming off the wall, etc.).
The one thing I did not appreciate is having housekeeping knocking on my door at 9 AM (check out is until 11), even when I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door!
La localisation est parfaite et le personnel était cordial. La taille de la chambre est parfaite pour une famille de 4 et la propreté était impeccable.
L’isolation thermique est inexistante . Certes la canicule était exceptionnelle, et nous en avons conscience. Mais la température de la chambre (2ème étage) est restée autour de 32/34 degré jour et nuit, sans ventilation, sans bouteille d’eau fraîche mises à disposition. Ce petit geste aurait été apprécié avec le prix très élevé. Les nuits ont été difficiles. L’inertie thermique du bâtiment fait qu’il n’était même pas possible de rafraîchir la chambre la nuit fenêtres ouvertes.
Good and friendly staff service and a pleasant calm atmosphere. I liked having a kitchenette in the room, and that the window could be opened. The location was also really good, quiet with very little traffic and a nice garden to look out on, but near the tube station. I would definitely stay there again but not in very hot weather
During a heatwave the room was incredibly hot and uncomfortable, with only a fan, installation of air conditioning would make a huge difference. Also I would rather not have had to go to another connected hotel down the road for breakfast.

Non è un hotel ristrutturato di recente quindi ha qualche difetto, e forse una rinfrescata sarebbe d'aiuto. Manca l'aria condizionata ma la posizione tranquilla permette di tenere le finestre aperte senza sentire troppo rumore.
Location was fantastic. 20mins walk to theaters and ovlther attractions. Huge rooms, comfy bed.
The receptionist that checked us in had no-go at all had teck issues but took about 10mins to check us in. With their drab and slow approach.
The room was great, having a full fridge was great. Although mostly clean the top of the sash windows hadn't be dusted in a while. Which was evident when closing them. And there were a couple of dust patches on the walls. Water pressure to sink and toilet was questionable but the shower was great.
The location was excellent for visiting the British Museum and the Underground or buses. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. And the windows glazed so you could not hear traffic. Everything was very clean and it felt like a extravagant holiday!
The front door banged so in the morning it was a bit noisy. But we were on the ground floor at the front.
location, quiet neighbourhood
Zimmer war ruhig Lage Richtung innen Hof. Ideal für British Museum, National Gallery, Charles Dickens und Jon Soane's Museum. ich bin jeden Tag von Holborn mit Underground Central Line, Picadily line and Northern line gefahren.
Im Badezimmer dröhnte der Dampfabzug von 7.00 bis 18.00

Deluxe studio, no aircon the room was hot!! No bedside lamp on single bed area. Bed was hard. Flat pillows

The chairs were uncomfortable.
The room we had booked with kitchenette at the Grange Buckingham was not available & we had been moved to the Beauchamp a few minutes away from our venue we were attending. It did nit have a kitchenette.

Dated but comfortable. Moved from original booking to sister hotel as overbooked.
