Buena ubicación, con recepción 24 hrs., cumple con todo lo ofrecido menos el sillón cama muy malo.

Super buena la ubicación, tranquilo, cercano a metro y locomoción en general. Sólo como comentario el sillón cama que tienen en la habitación esta malísimo, tuvimos que poner varias almohadas de un sillón para que quedará un poco más cómodo para dormir, se sienten todos los fierros, está en muy malas condiciones. La habitación por otra parte no cuenta con aire acondicionado, y justo nos tocó ola de calor los días que fuimos y eso fue un poco incomodo. El resto todo ok.

Cons:

El sillón cama malísimo, no sirve se sienten todos los fierros.

We arrived at 2am, after a night trip we were very tired and the rooms were not ready, there were 3 beds ready out of 4.
I had to put sheets on the sofa bed with the help of a receptionist.
The mattress cover was dirty with yellow stains.
Very uncomfortable sofa bed, room with dust and no air conditioning, no fan (30ºC outside the first day).
Not to be repeated. 4 stars only for the excellent location of the structure.

We had a pleasant stay and were close to so many great sites.
Pros:

The location was great and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The place is a bit run down, there were a lot of moths in our room, and the mattress was overly firm.

Pros:

Size of the room Lovely furnishings. Great location in a peaceful street

Cons:

Concierge service was slow. Only place that didn’t offer a full breakfast on a breakfast included deal. Breakfast staff were just chatting instead of serving

Le seul interet est la localisation au calme et proche des principaux lieux de visites à pied MAIS chambre familiale au sous sol donc aucune vue, fenêtre principale bloquée donc impossible d'aérer et pas de doubles rideaux donc réveil au lever du soleil (5/6h00). Pression d'eau insuffisante dans la salle de bain et canapé lit TRES inconfortable, complètement usé. Inconcevable que ce type d'hôtel propose encore ce genre d'équipement vétuste malgré tous les commentaires négatifs.
Petit déjeuner dans le bâtiment mitoyen à 10m mais beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité proposée et personnel peu avenant.

Aucune vue à l'extérieur, fenêtre principale bloquée et pas de doubles rideaux donc réveil au lever du soleil (5/6h00). Pression d'eau insuffisante (douche et wc) literie très dure et canapé lit TRES inconfortable, complètement usé. Inconcevable de proposer ce genre d'équipement vétuste malgré tous les commentaires négatifs...
Petit déjeuner buffet trop cher à 19£/personne avec tres peu de choix (2 jus, 2 fruits frais, 2 céréales, œufs durs et charcuterie industrielle, toast, aucune pâtisserie ni cake ni pain frais, thé et café filtre) !!!Petit déjeuner anglais en option à 25£ (non en buffet). Soit 50£ pour 2 personnes, juste hors de prix. Je ne recommande pas.
