Great hotel in a Great location.
Pros:

The hotel staff are so friendly. The hotel itself is so clean and the rooms are very well equipped! Everything you need is there. A lovely breakfast and the breakfast staff were lovely. Nice friendly faces to greet you in the morning. Great location. 2 mins walk from Bayswater tube station.

Cons:

Nothing. We were completely happy.

Great accommodation and location
Pros:

Have stayed here before and accommodation is in a great location and a good standard.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor - limited selection at the time we ate and cooked breakfast had been out for some time so rubbery eggs and bacon that was not appealing etc. not enough staff to keep on top of demand so had to ask for cutlery to be put out. overall disappointing would eat at the selection of cafes on Queensway if we came again.

The bed was awful, the room was tiny, I don’t understand how this was 4* hotel.

Great location
Pros:

Great location near metro lines, very helpful staff, the room was very clean.

Cons:

Too expensive, but then everything in London is. I dont like fitted carpets but other than that everything was clean.

Hyvä, rauhallinen sijainti, julkisilla pääsi kätevästi kulkemaan eri suuntiin. Idyllinen pieni hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Aamupala oli hyvin vaatimaton, huone oli pieni ja lämmin, huoneessa oli ilmanvaihto mutta se ei viilentänyt. Huoneen ikkunasta näkyi pelkkä kiviseinä.

Una bella vacanza favorita anche da una struttura accogliente.
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione ottima, lato nord di Hyde Park, vicina alle stazioni di Queensway e Bayswater della metripolitana. Nella strada parallela si possono trovare posti dove mangiare un po’ per tutti i gusti.
Camera pulita, silenziosa, con tutti i comfort necessari: aria condizionata, frigo, tv, cassaforte.
Il personale gentile e disponibile, sempre con il sorriso.

Cons:

A voler trovare il pelo nell’uovo un paio di prese di corrente non funzionanti ma ce ne sono talmente tante.
Il bagno manca di uno spazio sopra il lavandino dove appoggiare le proprie cose.
