Staff all very helpful. The room, a single room, was fine. The location is excellent.
The one slight criticism was the lift. There was only one, small lift, which often took a log time to arrive.
Thought the room needed to be redecorated, the colour scheme was too dark.

Location near the Hyde Park
Very small single room, outdatet
Bu tesisteki ikinci konaklamamdı. Tesisin konumu HARİKA! Queensway ve Bayswater metro duraklarına, Kensigton Palace, Notting Hill ve Hyde Park gibi alanlara yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tuvaletleri temiz. Bir kere oda servisi kullandık gerçekten tertemiz yapmışlardı. Çalışanlar iyi. Queenways caddesinin hemen alt sokağında. Yine olsa yine tercih ederim.
Odaları kalabalık aile için belki çok büyük gelmez ancak biz iki kişi rahat ettik.
Location was perfect, the breakfast selection was good and handy being onsite. The staff were courteous and helpful and the whole facility was neat and clean.
While the room was comfortable and I was "upgraded' on check-in to an Executive room, I'm just not used to such tiny rooms with minimal space to move around. This is not a reflection on the quality of the room - just the size!
Location was good
There was a very strong ‘smell’ in the Reception area. The room was like a dungeon. The bed was not great and you could feel the springs in the mattress

Veel te klein 2 persoonsbed, erbarmelijke ontbijtzaal, bad met roest in, bed foutief gedekt, van afstoffen hadden ze nog nooit gehoord, muren met stukjes behang af,boven buren hoorde we door plafond door, geen mini bar, thans lege ijskast die je uit kast trok wilde je ze openen, vuile tandenbekers in badkamer ( vlekken van tandeborstels vorige gebruiker zaten er nog in) raam kreeg je niet open. Veel geld voor niets meer als erbarmelijk verouderd en nauwelijks hygienisch hotel. Al een geluk dat balie personeel en portier vriendelijk waren.

The bathroom was cleaned properly and maintained well
The room was shockingly small and easily the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, despite extensive travel across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. It felt more like a compact cabin than a 4-star hotel room.
The photos are quite misleading and make the room appear significantly larger than it actually is.
There was virtually no usable floor space. Opening a suitcase on the floor was impossible, forcing me to place it on the bed every time I needed access to it.
The room layout was poorly designed; even the wardrobe door could not be opened fully because it would collide with the bedside table.
The toiletries were among the poorest quality I have encountered in a hotel claiming a 4-star standard.
The split AC unit was extremely noisy and emitted a loud screeching sound whenever it was switched on, making it frustrating to use and disruptive to sleep.
The room felt noticeably dusty throughout my stay, which may be related to the air-conditioning system.
