Wir mussten notfall mässig die unterkunft wechseln da das Hotel uns ein zimmer für 2 geben wollten obwohl wir für 3 gebucht haben. Das zimmer welches sie uns geben wollten roch nach alten zigaretten und das Personal wollte uns nicht gehen lassen als wir auschecken wollten

L’unica nota positiva è la posizione; per il resto, un’esperienza davvero pessima.
La pulizia era molto scarsa e, soprattutto, ho avuto un problema molto serio: durante il soggiorno mi è comparsa una forte irritazione su tutto il corpo. Inizialmente pensavo fosse dovuta a qualche organismo presente in mare, ma una volta rientrata in Italia mi è stato confermato dai medici che si trattava di punture di cimici dei letti.
Questa situazione mi ha completamente rovinato la vacanza: non ho potuto svolgere le attività che avevo prenotato e pagato, perché non potevo espormi al caldo e al sole. Oltre al danno della vacanza, ho dovuto affrontare anche spese mediche importanti, tra visite specialistiche e farmaci, seguendo una terapia di una settimana a base di cortisone, antibiotico e antistaminico.
Ho contattato la struttura chiedendo almeno un risarcimento, ma si sono rifiutati, sostenendo che avrei dovuto segnalare il problema durante il soggiorno. Peccato che la diagnosi sia arrivata solo dopo il mio rientro in Italia, quindi non avrei potuto sapere prima quale fosse la causa.
Assistenza inesistente e totale mancanza di attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Esperienza da non ripetere.
The hotel is clean and the staff were good and friendly.
There was nothing in the room to tell you what is available. No written info. The shower was a bit too small. You could hardly turn, and if you did, you would hit the tap, resulting in changing the water temp to too hot or too cold.

I was traveling with my friend, but I didn't do my research before booking it, so we got a bit *concerned* when we realized the hotel was in the party neighborhood. Being in our late 30s, we were def the oldest people who checked in (which was confirmed by the reception :D), but our young neighbors didn't make much noise at night, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean with a nice view of the bay. Amazing shower, with great water pressure. The staff was very friendly and they let us check out one hour later, which was very sweet of them.
The beds don't have the best mattresses or pillows, unless you like the super soft ones, then you'll be fine. The piping system is quite loud (or maybe it's about the walls being thin). The fridge was great, we just wished there was also a kettle in the room. Otherwise all great.
