The entrance was beautiful 😍
Very old run down, dinner was not very good very small meals and lamb was very under cooked and the dessert wasn’t correct. No fruit for my son we ordered fruit salad and ice cream and all he got was ice cream and 1 strawberry.

The place was close to my work conference. I loved the space, work space and comfortable bed.
I would have liked the restaurant to be open for afternoon tea.
Its near to train station and Parramatta Westfield
It was not as expected as the other Mercure hotels we have stayed. The room had a weird smell. The room was not worth the price we paid. There was just a little bit of toilet paper for 4 people we had to ask the reception for more. The toilet and shower were not very user friendly.
The staff were all lovely and helpful.
The building needs a refresh
I didn’t like that we had to pay extra charge for car park after paying for the hotel.
Could do more cleaning in the rooms.

Location was great, staff were very nice
Wasn’t very clean in the bathroom and the vent areas, both looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was mold on the bathroom roof near the extractor fan. The dinning are was way too small to accommodate the amount of people that can stay there and each day it was extremely overcrowded. Also was told parking was included but them wasn’t
