A property with great potential, unfortunately neglected and left to deteriorate

The location.It is located in the center of Valle d’ Itria .You can use it as a base start from Martina Franca ,Alberobello ,Ostuni ,Lecce,Locorotondo etc.

Cons:

Our stay at this hotel started badly and unfortunately didn't get much better.
First and most importantly, the GPS coordinates and directions provided on Booking are completely wrong—they lead to a small lane 1.5 km away in the middle of nowhere. Because the area is sparsely populated countryside, it took us an hour and a half and asking six different locals just to locate the property. When we raised this at reception, they admitted they were already aware of the issue. Furthermore, when I mentioned that we had tried calling multiple times for help, they casually replied that they saw the calls but were busy with another line.
As for the hotel itself, it appears to have had no renovations since it was built. The breakfast was well below basic standard: the tableware was heavily worn out, the fruit was tiny and poor quality, and even the staff's uniforms were faded and full of holes. To make matters worse, we found hairs on our "clean" towels on both days of our stay. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

La Masseria Chiancone Torricella si trova in una posizione davvero invidiabile. Immersa nella quiete e nella bellezza della natura pugliese, offre un'atmosfera di totale relax, pur rimanendo comodamente raggiungibile e vicina ai punti di interesse della zona. Un vero angolo di paradiso.
Servizi e piscina da sogno
Servizi impeccabili
La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli. Ogni servizio offerto e pensato per il massimo comfort degli ospiti: dagli spazi comuni magnificamente inseriti nel contesto storico, alla pulizia impeccabile di ogni ambiente. Non manca davvero nulla per una vacanza rigenerante.
Il fiore all’occhiello è senza dubbio la piscina: eccezionale, pulitissima e inserita in un contesto paesaggistico meraviglioso. Perfetta per rigenerarsi.
Ristorazione straordinaria e colazioni super
La cucina ci ha conquistati. Piatti eccellenti che celebrano la tradizione con ingredienti freschissimi. Un plauso speciale va alla colazione, e in particolare a Roberto: il suo cappuccino è semplicemente indimenticabile e ha reso magico ogni nostro risveglio!
Personale e accoglienza unici
Il vero valore aggiunto della masseria è lo staff. Tutto il personale si è dimostrato professionale, caloroso e attento a ogni minima esigenza sempre con il sorriso. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all'ultimo minuto.
Consigliatissima! Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale.

Przyjazny i uczynny persone - szybka reakcja na problem technicznyl. Bardzo smaczne innowacyjne potrawy. Doskonały somelier. Duży ogród z licznymi stolikami. Duży basen z wydzieloną częścią dla osób brodzących.

Bellissima location tipica pugliese con una bellissima piscina e il ristorante con i trulli! Fresca nonostante il caldo di agosto!

Cons:

La camere meriterebbero una rinfrescata, la piscina bellissima meriterebbe forse qualche ombrellone nei giorni in cui è piena. Colazione discreta, migliorabile nel salato!

Struttura molto bella, curata, bellissima location

Cons:

L'unica cosa negativa è che i cani sono ammessi ma non possono accedere alla piscina. Ciò significa passare la maggior parte della giornata senza di loro. Si potrebbe fare una eccezione per animali piccola taglia.. Un vero peccato. Motivo per cui non ritornerei
