Останавливались на одну ночь. Отличный номер с прекрасным видом на море. Пляж через дорогу. Шезлонги на террасе стали прекрасным дополнением. У нас был полный пансион. Питание, по системе шведский стол, было разнообразным.

Excellent hotel on beautiful beachfront
Pros:

Lovely hotel based in the old town side of Benidorm. Excellent value for money. The room was spotless, a decent size with plenty of storage and the see view from the balcony was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipt with a good shower. Roof top sunbeds and pool were a great additional touch. Staff were very helpful and the luggage storage room was really useful facility. Breakfast choice was very good.

Cons:

Only issue we had was the ordering of the taxi to our pick up point for our journey home. Reception staff said it would be with us in 2 mins but it ended up being over 30 mins and we missed our transfer pick up which resulted in almost missing our flight and very stressful. It would have been better if we had walked to the taxi rank 5-10 mins away rather than ordered via reception. They did their best to chase it up several time but sadly that didnt help.

Would stay there again but would ask for a seaveiw room.

Cons:

Our room smelled permanently of cigarette smoke from the courtyard window, we had to have the window shut all the time and didn’t want to sit on the balcony.

Pas de parking proche. Et sur votre site j'avais commencé pour 1 couple la réservation et a la fin une chambre simple m'étais attribué. Enfin grâce au réceptionniste qui nous a arrangé.
