excelente y buena locación
Pros:

muy buna ubicación , sobre todo quienes lleguen en tren . está muy cerca de la estación y se puede llegar fácilmente con maletas.

Staff was excellent.
Pros:

Our train got cancelled and had to stay in this hotel as an emergency accommodation.
Receptionist was excellent, he offered us a free breakfast. Hotel service was better than the OBB train service in Venice.

Cons:

We had to carry our heavy suitcase ourselves with 22 steps before entering the hotel as they had porter service only before 9pm.
