L’emplacement + l’accueil surtout le personnel du restaurant du petit déjeuner + le lit confortable
La chambre a subît une transformation non adéquate : une salle de bain hors normes , le receveur de douche fissuré , très radins dans les produits de toilette
Quant à l’ascenseur c’est le défaut numéro 1 de l’hôtel : très lent et comme l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’un ascenseur de service on a toujours tendance à monter et descendre avec le personnel de nettoyage et son équipement . et nous avons dû monter 4 étages suite à une panne du fameux ASCENSEUR

Numurā bija problēmas ar ūdeni, tualetē tas nepārstāja tecēt. Vairākas reizes laboja.
Nebija ledusskapja vai tas bija apvienots ar minibāru.
Logi uz mazu iekšpagalmu, varēju redzēt tikai sienas.

Nice old building but no AC & the lift did not really work everyday

Sehr freundliches Personal. Hielfsbereit. Frühstück und Barbetrieb perfekt. Obwohl in der nähe des Bahnhofes, sehr ruhig. Optimale Anbindung an den Öffenlichen Verkehr. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Ausstattung des Badezimmers. Kein platz für persöhnliche Gegenstände.

Nothing we didn’t like
Room size - although I expected it to be nicer, as it looked in the photos when booking.
A few things surprised me negatively.
Firstly, the breakfast service was very inconvenient. They kept coming to the table where we were eating breakfast to check if there was anything empty to take away. It was very annoying, because if one person approached, another approached. On average, every minute. The worst part was when the staff would take away your plate with food still on it at all costs. It's unbelievable. It wasn't until the second day that I asked them to leave us alone. Seriously, we had to tell them loudly to leave our plates because we still had something we wanted to eat. It was impossible to eat breakfast comfortably because you felt the constant pressure from them. It was very poor...
The second negative is that the hotel is located on a rather unattractive street near the train station. It's a place where there are suspicious people, especially at night when you're walking on the sidewalk it's easy to get picked on by someone, we experienced it. Moreover, the surrounding area is very dirty

Stanza di adeguata metratura, parquet, doccia comoda...non la solita camera Hobbit. Posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo.
Alcune abrasioni sulla porcellana del water, comando del rubinetto lavabo irrigidito dal calcare, i dispenser a muro dei saponi che "dispensavano" con parsimonia.

Staff professionale e competente nel gestire le richieste, posizione ottima vicino alla stazione e al contempo isolato dai rumori esterni, molto caratteristica l'ascensore antica interna alla struttura, e molto bello anche il bar in terrazza
