Fantástica habitación, limpieza y muy buenas instalaciones
The rooms are spacious and pleasant and well-equipped, but the hotel is modern, beautiful and full of other attractive places. The service was very kind and pleasant and very comfortable and inviting, but the food was a bit difficult for us because we keep kosher and the accessibility between the dishes was problematic, but beyond that there is a great abundance of dishes and desserts, but a hotel I would return to again.
The food was a pretty serious obstacle. It lacked something Mediterranean like hummus and tahini. There was no real separation between pork and seafood and meat: lamb, chicken, cow, duck.
Hotelul arăta foarte bine ,este elegant și este curat . Camera a fost mare , spațioasă la fel și baia . Vederea la mare a meritat banii în plus . Toboganele au fost o încântare pentru cei mici .
Mâncarea a fost ok , foarte diversificată, găseai ceva să mănânci .
Între mese erau zone de pizza și burgeri și o zonă cu paninni ( nouă nu ne au plăcut ) .
Nu au existat lucruri care să nu mi placa .
חדרים גדולים, אוכל מגוון, צוות נחמד, מיקום קרוב לחוף ולטיילת, יש הופעות כל ערב, מוזיקה טובה. בריכה גדולה ויש מגלשות.
יש ירידה לחוף, קשה לעלות בחזרה, מלון ענק, חדרים מרוחקים יש הליכה ממעלית. מעליות עמוסות. אוכל סביר. חדר משחקים קטן.

המלון ממוקם במרכז חופי הזהב. חדר גדול עם מרפסת אך לכיוון בית הרוס ונטוש ( עדיף לקחת לכיוון הים). הריכה נקיה וצוות ברובו אדיב ונעים.
אוכל ברמה נמוכה כ- 3 כוככבים בלבד. בבוקר במסעדות מגישים אוכל קר שאוכן מראש ואין מגוון כלל. בכל יום הארוחות חוזרות על עצמן עם רצון הטוב ובאמת לא בררנים באוכל אבל אחרי 5 ימים במלון ( עם כל המסעדות שיש למלון להציע, כולן עם אותו האוכל!!!) נאלצנו לאכול במסעדות מחוץ למלון. שילמנו הרבה מאוד כסף עבור מלון 5 כוכבים אך קיבלנו אוכל ברמה של 3 כוכבים וזה חלק משמעותי בחוויה. בנוסף, צוות בידור לא מקצועי כלל וכלל עד כדי שירה מזייפת ומופעים ברמה נמוכה אף מאוד, מלון בסדר גודל כזה חייב לעבוד על תוכנית בידור מקצועית יותר! בנוסף, כריות עם מילוי סינטטי- לא נוחות בכלל ומיטה עם מזרון שמתגלגלים ממנו על הרצפה.
nice beach relatively close with a pool bar, nice and big swimming pool/water slides, lot of umbrellas and sun beds. Good variety of food in the main restaurant also thematic snack bars, good animation program, well equipped gym.
a bit cold water in the swimming pool, rooms a bit older, e.g bathroom might need some fix.
Good food, great room. The restaurant is a little crowded, but being all inclusive this is expected. The hotel has a heated (inside) pool and it's placed right in front of the beach.
In the room I would rare Wifi to 1/10.
Lokalita úžasná, snídaně také. Celý pobyt byl bez problémů.
Všechno bylo ok, akorát mi překvapilo, že se musí platit mini bar nealko, když máte The Level.
