Pros:

Прекрасное место, в которое хочется возвращаться! Выбор еды огромный, напитков тоже. Супер идея что люди сами могут брать себе напитки, газировки, пиво, вино, тем самым нет очереди к барменам. Всё супер, вернёмся ещё раз обязательно!

Nu merită cele 5 stele, mâncare e ok, dar băutura foarte ieftină, păcat de personal, toți sunt foarte amabili și drăguți
Pros:

Personalul foarte drăguț, mâncare bună.

Cons:

Mereu trebuie să faci liniște, totuși…te duci în vacanță, să te distrezi, nu să stai în cameră.
Cei de la housekeeping lasă de dorit.

Cons:

We never met such a " policy: in any other place. Also it takes time to get the ellavators, so it's something to take in acount and the room wasn't inlighted enough for reading

Quality hotel, great food and staff
Pros:

Great central location just back from beach, extensive facilities and very good sized rooms with comfortable bed and everything needed for your stay. Also large bathroom with great shower and quality toiletries. Exceptional choice of hot and cold food in the main restaurant,
as well as wine/juice/soft drinks. Plenty of tables and staff to service them.
Indoor and outdoor pools are very good too.

Cons:

Impossible to get appointment for massage in the spa and also impossible to get reservation for either of the Italian/Bulgarian themed restaurants.

Pros:

Personalul a fost primitor și atent la nevoie. Mai ales cei de la barul de la piscină , de la cafeneaua din recepție iar la bucătărie cei de la colțul de pizza de la restaurant italian, care lucrează si la restaurantul bulgaresc. Dar în principal tot personalul a fost receptiv la nevoie tale. Camerele mari și curate. Curățenia se face zilnic.Locație frumoasă și curată. Spectacole în fiecare seară.

Cons:

Mâncarea. Mai ales cea de la micul dejun deoarece este aceeași mâncare în fiecare dimineață .
