Pros:

Camera mare, paturi și perne confortabile, curățenie făcută zilnic. Vederea la mare este un mare plus chiar daca plătești putin mai mult. Mâncare ok, am apreciat faptul ca la fiecare masa existau mai multe tipuri de carne și peste care se pregăteau pe loc, în fata ta, pe plită. Exista mai multe piscine, atât ptr copii cât și ptr adulți, tobogane cu apa si diverse activități. Plaja privata, aproape de hotel - 5 min de mers pe jos.

Cons:

Mi-ar fi plăcut ca piscinele sa fie încălzite- pe site se precizează ca exista piscina încălzită însă aceea este accesibila doar oaspeților care au pachetul Level iar acest lucru il afli abia la hotel.
Deasemenea, mi-ar fi plăcut ca beach bar-ul sa servească aceleași bauturi ca barul de la piscina sau cel din lobby.

Difficult hotel for elderly people
Pros:

The food was varied and very good, the room was large.

Staff was polite, smiling.

Hotel was quiet and peaceful

Cons:

As an elderly person, going to the beach was difficult as the main stairs had no railing and the ramp is slippery from water from the slides. This can easily be fixed with adding more railing to stairs.

The insect screen on the door had a broken piece and insects got in the room.

Very expensive for single person staying in a room - costs the same almost as 2 people, but 1 person cannot eat as much as 2..

It was an ok stay
Pros:

I liked the food, the 3 restaurants, the beach.

The room was large as was the bathroom, cleaning came every day.

The events were nice for the children and the silent movie night!

Cons:

Reception is too crowded, unacceptable to wait hours to check in/out!!! A more simple process should be implemented, maybe online check in?

The room was cleaned on the surface, i found papers from previous people, there was dirt under the bed

The main restaurant is too crowded in full season and lufts take a while to come.

Stairs should be added on the entrance from the beach, the ramp is slippery

Pros:

Am avut camera The Level. Mi-a plăcut zona de grădină cu piscinele încălzite (apa 30-31 grade), umbră naturală, util pentru cei care au copii mici. Bar doar pentru oaspetii The Level, nu trebuia sa stai la rând ca la celalalt bar. Tot din seria de beneficii, mesele la restaurantul The Level, care e renovat. Față de celalalt restaurant, ești primit cu șampanie, ai aparat de sucuri naturale, dimineata fresh de portocale, ești servit la masă de chelneri cu băuturi. Deserturile sunt mult mai bune, 7 tipuri de înghețată, frigider cu ceva healthy, prăjitură vegana, Iaurt proteic. Și mâncarea mai variata și mai buna. Plus atmosfera, sunt mai putini oameni, nu e imbulzeala, muzica relaxantă.

Cons:

Camerele The Level ar trebui sa fie la etaj superior. Am primit la etajul 4 din 8. Cazarea incepand de la etajul 2. Iar dimineata ni vedeam rasaritul intrucat era pe partea stanga a hotelului in interior. Bauturile sunt bulgărești, ieftine. Sucuri la dozator. Doar de la 16 la 18.30 la etajul 8 la bar se serveau bauturi internationale(Jb, jameson, Aperol, cateva sucuri la sticla). În.camera nu se aspirase bine când am ajuns, tot găseam unghii tăiate pe jos. La check-in nu am fost servit cu nimic (e trecut la beneficii The level), nu era nimeni acolo sa ma ajute cu bagajele. În camera cică găsești ceva de bun venit sa te surprindă..2 ciocolate de 1 cm patrat, marca Melia, păreau f vechi. Parcarea 15 euro pe zi și nu îți garantează un loc când ajungi. Plaja cam departe, ai de coborât pana ajungi la faleza, apoi mai mergi vreo 2-300 metri pana la plaja Melia. Sala de fitness se descuia la 8.30, as fi preferat sa ma antrenez mai devreme, înainte sa se trezească copiii. La recepție spa s-a întâmplat de 3 ori în 6 zile sa nu fie nimeni și sa nu pot lua/Preda prosoapele.

מיקום מעולה, צוות אדיב, מלון נקי ומסודר, אוכל טוב, לקחנו חדר גדול באזור ה the level ונהנינו מחדר אוכל ובריכה שקטים של המתחם.

Cons:

החסרון היחיד שהיה מבחינתנו שלא הייתה הפרדה בסוויטה בין מיטות הילדים להורים.
