Pros:

Servicii bune, personal amabil si orientat către client. La restaurant varietate mare in preparate si o îmbunătățire a serviciilor fata de anii trecuți. Piscinele si facilitățile excelente. Programul de entertainment la fel si el. Serviciile de la barurile de la piscina si scena foarte bune si ele.

Cons:

Diversitatea preparatelor de la restaurantul cu specific italian. Daca faci mai multe rezervări in seri diferite ai parte de același tip de mâncare. Asta este un minus zic eu.

Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and with great amenities. Definitely recommend the level package especially for crowded periods. We enjoyed the fact that even though the hotel was crowded it didn’t feel like it, since the level guests have access to an extra restaurant, extra pool/garden area, extra bars. The minibar in the room was partially free and was replenished daily and we also had access to the underground parking lot.

Nu e ceea ce se spune !!!Nu merita 5 stele!!

Nu am sa spun ca mi-a placut ceva in mod special in afara de înghețata lor.

Cons:

Pentru un hotel de 5 stele unde plătești o suma nu chiar mica ar fi trebuit sa am mult mai mult lux.
1- la check-in desi dădusem mail in care mi s-a confirmat ca daca exista disponibilitate pot primi camera mai devreme, nu s-a întâmplat asa in ciuda faptului ca alte persoane cu care m-am conversat ulterior au primit camera înaintea mea deoarece au fost "atenti" cu cei de la recepție
2- lifturile erau destul de puține si așteptai si câte 15-20min ca sa poți urca /cobora
3-mancarea ,nu mureai de foame dar cum a mai zis cineva intr-o recenzie "daca esti vegetarian e raiul pe pamant", deserturile toate aceas gust,doar culorile diferite
4-zona de piscina/plaja ,daca nu ajungeai la prima ora nu aveai unde sa iti pui prosopul pt ca la un număr atat de mare de oameni nu aveau nici un sfert din capacitatea necesara de șezlonguri si bineinteles lumea si le "rezerva de dimineață devreme"
5- barurile pe plaja/piscina la fel foarte puține, stăteai la cozi peste tot si la mare nu mai zic,ca aveau un singur bar cu 2 angajate ,pana iti venea rândul mureai de sete.
6- parcarea pe lângă faptul ca este cu plata 15euro/zi bineinteles nu ai loc si mergi la hotelul vecin sa platesti 13euro/zi
7-minibarul din camera contra- cost si niste preturi exagerate la 5 stele nu ar fi trebuit sa se aplice asa ceva.
A FOST PRIMA DATA LA MELIA "ca la pomul laudat" dar CLAR NU VOM MAI REVENI LA ACEST HOTEL.
