Low value for money, when you to go to 5 star hotels, you expect everything to be great

The hotel is nice, rooms are big and pools are ok, also the one for little children. Food was ok, but not extraordinary, no taste for some dishes.

Cons:

The weather was not really warm as its normal maybe for 1st June so we expected that the indoor pool has warm water but instead it was very cold. There was a problem with one of the sinks from the bathroom, there was dirty water coming from the drain to the bathroom’s floor all the time and I claim this to the reception 4 times until they send somebody to check. They couldn’t fix it, just put a bucket under the sink … not normal for a 5 star hotel. I heard from other guests they that the same issue in their bathrooms

Locație extraordinar de frumoasă, aproape de centru, de magazine și plajă. Cameră spațioasă cu pat separat pt copil, draperii care blochează lumina soarelui dimineața. Apă de la dozatoarele de pe coridoarele. Minibarul din cameră neinclus în prețul camerei/ cu plată separată. În ceea ce privește mâncarea, a fost bună, gustoasă, fără probleme digestive, foarte important, doar că mai multă diversitate ar fi fost posibilă, mai ales în ceea ce privește fructele proaspete ( au fost mere, pere, caise și ananas din compot) în ultima zi au fost banane tăiate și pepene galben dar nu avea niciun gust. Băiatul nostru a simțit lipsa de nuggets de pui pe care i-au avut o singură dată. Băuturi la discreție, înghețată , pizza și burgeri (doar de vită, fără pui) în afara orelor de masă. Personal foarte amabil. Parcare cu plată separată dar foarte ok. Program de entertaining pt copii și adulți în fiecare seară. Per total foarte mulțumiți. Cu siguranță ne-am dori să revenim.
