Comfortable & clean in excellent location
Pros:

The excellent location off of Central Expressway and Mockingbird.

Cons:

Through no fault of the hotel, major road construction is on-going at the entrance, making it difficult to enter & exit

Nice Property - Convenient Location
Pros:

Very nice property in a convenient location near Southern Methodist University. The staff I encountered were courteous and professional. The room was nice and had all of the amenities I needed for the stay. I would recommend this property given the amenities and location.

Amazing stay in Dallas!
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful. It is truly one of a kind and gives that feeling in just about every detail of the hotel. It is large, spacious, and modern. The rooms were high tech with motion censored bed and bathroom lights so you didn’t have to go finding the switch in the dark. All of the amenities included in the hotel were high quality and well kept. Great location directly across from the SMU campus as well. Whenever I’m in Dallas, this will be my go to hotel.

Also about 40 min to the airport during rush hour in the morning, so not bad!

overrated
Pros:

I'm really not sure why anyone would stay here. $55 for parking. The rooms remind me of a 1980s Days Inn. We asked for a blanket, and they did not have one. They have no room service. The only updated feature to the room is the irritating motion sensor lights that you cannot control. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great staff, nice hotel, amazing ribeye👍
Pros:

The room renovation of the hotel was nice, but the best part was the service in the restaurant once by a veteran server and the other oneby an apprentice with a scruffy beard they were just absolutely fantastic and they handled the little hiccups they had with an air conditioner unit like champs I will be back to this property. Nice job Hilton.

Good experience overall
Pros:

Room was clean and big. The gym area is big but could have a little bit more equipment. I attended a data center infrastructure conference as expositor and after the event finished the staff helped me moving some of my stuff and preparing it for pick-up.

Cons:

Mini bar charges applied to my bill even though I didn’t touch the mini bar. Disappointing. Also a $55 valet fee per day is a bit much. Just go down the street to the Beeman
