Horrible they cancel my room
With out asking they are horrible the hotel is beautiful but horrible staff. Don’t come here !!!!
My first stay at a Curio brand was a 5 “Golden” Star experience. Property is beautiful with various amenities to enjoy. Etienno & Noe were welcoming from the start, was introduced to the highest management to personally assist with any need should it arise. The care and attentiveness made this stay special and feel like home. I enjoyed quick valet service, upgrade to a spacious suite, good bites at the restaurant, and relaxation in the spa. Definitely recommend staying at this “Hilton, for the stay”
When visiting Dallas, a stop in the NorthPark Neighborhood is a must. There is non stop shopping, eateries and entertainment venues galore. I decided to make my home away from home at the Highland a couple weeks ago and boy was I in for a treat. MY STAY started of on the right foot with Taylor at the front desk! I was treated with respect and kindness. She made me feel welcomed and ensured my stay was a complete success
My partner and I dined at the restaurant for all three meals multiple times and each time we were all satisfied. The culinary skills at the property are top notch!
We also partook in a splash in the pool and it is just the serene setting that the doctor ordered.
I would also like to highlight all of the front desk staff, housekeepers, culinary and managers alike.
Beautifully renovated hotel, comfortable and clean. The lounge and dining areas are lovely. The service was exceptional, welcoming and attentive. Traveled with teens and we appreciated the generously sized room and modern decor. Will return and would recommend to others. Convenient location for SMU, restaurants and shopping in a safe area.
From check in to check out, I had an amazing experience. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The food was delicious at The Reserve and the front office staff had the best recommendations for both dining and local experiences. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next stay.
I recently stayed at The Highland Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and very well maintained. My stay at this hotel was due to car issues.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional customer service. I would especially like to recognize Avery, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Avery was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding hospitality. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and makes guests feel so welcome.
Thank you to Avery and the rest of the team.
Etienne Gerem and Noe Alcala are very helpful, and provide outstanding service during my stays at the Highland Dallas.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Manuel at the valet made such an impression that I had to share. From the moment my wife and I arrived at Highland Hotel, Manuel set the tone for our entire stay. He was professional, polished, and genuinely warm, always there to open the doors for us as we came and went, without ever making us feel rushed or like an afterthought.
What stood out most was his patience. Whether we were coming or going, he was consistently attentive and gracious, never distracted or hurried. That kind of steady, sincere service is rare.
Manuel isn't just the best valet I've encountered, he's one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. Highland Hotel is lucky to have him, and guests are lucky to be greeted by him. Give this man his flowers!
I had a great stay. The restaurant has delicious food and there are several other restaurants that are an easy walk if you want other options. My room was clean and neat, spacious, and completely silent. I never heard a single sound from the outside world. I would definitely stay here again.
Etienne at the front desk, showing off hospitality and kindness is a great way to start your hotel experience. Wish all hotel check ins were so smooth and seamless. It’s great service like this that keeps me coming back to The Highland when I’m in Dallas.
A year late in writing this review, so hopefully the masseuse that inspired it is still there to be recognized! My husband and I treated ourselves to a staycation at the Highland Dallas, and a visit to their spa. We rarely indulge in self care, so this was a bit of an extravagance to celebrate each other and my husband’s birthday. We booked back-to-back massages from Amka (hope I have spelled her name correctly) and wow, she was incredible. My whole spa experience was transformative. I went first, and while my husband was getting his massage I was able to meditate in a warm and cozy robe in the quiet waiting room (curtained in, with tea and water handy and soothing music playing- I was able to close my eyes and zone out almost the entire time he was getting his massage.) We each left feeling completely relaxed and cared for. I would spring for this again- and for folks on a budget- this was completely worth the splurge.
Had a great over all experience at the highland hotel. Etienne was very quick with getting me checked in and very personable and nice.
Very pleased with my stay! Lovely room and staff! I’m very picky when it comes to hotels. The room was beautiful, clean, and the LED mirror in the bathroom was an added bonus! The room smelled wonderful. Stocked bar area. I was, however, surprised to find a “pleasure kit” that could be purchased for $25 amongst the snacks for purchase in the room. I imagine that kit has been mistaken for a can of mixed nuts more than once. Given the luxury vibe of the hotel, it just made it feel less appealing. But otherwise, very happy with stay and would return.
Loved the Highland before the renovation but now it’s our just stay place. Great amenities, staff whose service can’t be beat and a perfect location in the vibrant city of Dallas.
I liked the hotel! What made my stay even better was Taylor at the front desk. Her hospitality and knowledge about the area was so very helpful! I will be returning, and thank you so much Taylor for making my solo trip a great one!!
The excellent location off of Central Expressway and Mockingbird.
Through no fault of the hotel, major road construction is on-going at the entrance, making it difficult to enter & exit
Had contractors in my home all week, so it’s been a stressful and chaotic few days. Thankfully, my new bestie Taylor at the front desk made the experience so much easier. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating while checking me in and helping extend my stay.
Her customer service truly stood out and brought some calm to a very imbalanced week. 10/10 experience because of team members like her, thank you again, Taylor!
Have stayed here over 15 years ; remodeled nicely with professional staff eager to assist and meet expectations. Location to Highland Park and SMU can't be beat.
Pool area is a little oasis well maintained . Restaurant practically accessible all day with excellent food and service. Highly recommend.
I had the best stay at The Highlands Hilton! All the staff was wonderful and kind. My room was amazing and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!
