Cons:

Nowhere near as nice as the last Novotel I stayed at Melbourne Airport so it was disappointing in comparison. Room service options not great, didn’t look as nice, shower wash not as nice. Nothing bad, Just overall not what I was expecting,

More than satisfied.
Pros:

Front counter and bar staff were friendly and very welcoming.

Cons:

WIFI did not work. Wasn't too concerned however.

Service is good, just a couple in inhouse things need improving otherwise ok.
Cons:

Only one towel each. Showered in the evening then had to use the same towel the next morning. The lifts are a bit cagey, doors rubbing hard on floor, like a scraping sound. Lighting in the rooms inadequate.

Convenient but overpriced - rooms and à la carte restaurant
Pros:

Large room and a very comfortable bed. Restaurant Staff were very attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet food was cold. Paying for parking given the cost of the room.
