We had to pay for parking which should be free for house guests
We requested for rooms next to each other as we were a family of 5, we got confirmation that our request was granted. When we checked in we were told our room were not next to each other as we had booked through a third party. Why then confirm that our request is granted.???
gym was good
i got room service, they mucked up my drinks order, but they did correct it. I ordered the beef burger and chips and the chips were cold!?? the burger was only warm and not very nice. later i went to the bar for another drink, ordered Jameson black barrel which is what i had ordered for room service and they didn't even have any!? so i got charged for black barrel room service but only got normal Jamiesons!!
i asked for whiskey on the rocks and they gave me coke?
Room was good and food was nice in restaurant (a little on the pricing side)

The bed was comfortable and the bad smell through the entire hotel did not extent to my bedroom at least
Unclean in corridors. The most run down hotel I have been inside in a decade.
Looks like a 2-3 star hotel in everywhere but the actual room, the corridors have old smelly mildew carpet and paint falling off everywhere.
It felt like it needed refurbished 20 years ago.
It is not even close to 4 stars and is an embarrassment of Novotel establishment and ruins their name. This is the last time I will book a novotel anywhere now, as the name clearly means nothing
