The room was very quiet, which was excellent, as I was resting prior to my return to South Africa, which is an 18hrs flying time, plus 3hrs stop in Perth.

Central location for us. Clean and tidy
Have to pay an excessive amount for parking in the smallest car parks quite far from main entrance.
Also wish room had more facilities to cook toast etc

Breakfast amazing as always, comfy beds and pillows, so much space, friendly staff.

When the rooms were serviced in the mornings towels weren’t replaced and neither was toilet paper
Staff very relaxed, cordial and helpful
Bedroom was airless. Hard to sleep in. Stuffy.
Food sadly was off par and expensive as it wasn’t value. The buffet was clearly leftovers. Beef cheeks don’t have right angles. Curry was ‘white mans curry’. (Non racist English chefs term for unauthentic Indian food). Salmon had pinbones and no desserts was homemade.

The bathroom is quite small and outdated.

Location was very good. Central to where we needed to be. Staff very kind and polite. The bar staff also looked after us during our stay.
