Great quiet location and the staff were very friendly.
Parking needs to have Car park allocated if you have reserved parking the car parks are numbered so suggestion would be to link rego with number 12 carpark and then it is yours to use for the time you are there .. because o has reserved parking but then needed to leave and got back and there was no parking

There was a ball on the night I stayed. This was very loud and when I called about the noise I was told about the ball and it was going intil 10.30pm. When staying here for a early night, it defected the purpose

Car parking, very challenging.
Not much to be honest. Staff were ok.
Rooms need to be updated. Ask about the lights flicking on and off for the 3 days still not fixed. Not much options of food or close by shops except the Petrol station across the road.
The location
Quiet, loved the kids area which was close to the restaurant. Spacious room. Great that they offered late checkout and gave baby a cute plushie.
Room was quite ‘tired’. Carpet was worn. There was artwork of a tree on the wall which was glass and was quite dirty. Breakfast was lacklustre, lots of empty stations even though we were well within the buffet time. Had to ask for things to be replenished. Lots of the food was dry or flavourless.
Paid for late 4pm checkout and breakfast. Took a while for them to find it on our account when we checked in. Same as when we went for breakfast.
Also got a call at 11am asking when we are checking out. Had to again explain we paid for late check out (we were asleep and they woke us and baby up). Staff were friendly but obviously communication/system issues.
House keeping was very messy in the halls - piles of sheet, clipboards, etc on the floor.

Clean and well maintained hotel, with good facilities and right next to Allevia Ascot Hospital.
Great breakfast, close to the city, super comfy beds and a short drive to the zoo.
