The location is fantastic – everything is within easy reach, including public transport, shops, and restaurants. A special thank you to Elina at the reception. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Her communication and attitude made a really positive impression.

Cons:

The only downside was that the room did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived. The floor was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing.

Muy buen hotel, recomiendo
Pros:

Todo estuvo muy bien. La habitación muy bonita, el desayuno simple pero muy bueno. Tiene un jardín en el que podés desayunar y pasar el rato.

Cons:

Si bien no hubo nada que no nos guste, algunas partes como el pasillo de las habitaciones o las escaleras se veían un poco viejas. Pero no afecta en nada a la estadía.

Sûrement pas un hôtel où je retournerai !

Emplacement bien situé

Cons:

Strict minimum dans la chambre: pas du tout digne d,un 4*! Pas de chaussons, de coton, ni shower cap, pas de verre à dents etc...
Lumiere sur lavabo ne fonctionnait pas, je l'ai signalé de suite mais pas de réaction !Pas de remplacement de capsules café, pas de bouilloire, pas de tasse pour le café, seulement des gobelets en carton non réapprovisionné le lendemain puisque pas de capsules !
Pas de bouteilles d'eau malgré la canicule ! Bref pour moi sûrement pas un 4* ! Jamais vu un hôtel avec si peu de service. En revanche tarif exorbitant pour si peu de service !!!

L’emplacement près de la gare et du centre-ville

Cons:

Cet établissement n’a rien d’un 4 étoiles! Placards et rideau de velux cassés, canapé avec de grosses taches, pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain (on a fini par nous apporter du savon pour les mains). Personnel gentil qui fait de son mieux. Le petit déjeuner n’a rien à voir avec les photos.

Pros:

Not worth a €1000 for one night
Cons:

I can’t understand how this hotel can charge for 1 night €1000 and the next night to stay cost €160 it’s not normal, it’s a bit of a scam to be honest. The bed wasn’t even made for the finished proper look. Dark room and dusty, there was dust all over shelves and floor and also no shower gel in the shower I was very disappointed that I have paid this kind of money for 1 night and can’t see for actually what.
