Would not stay there again
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Some members of the reception staff were also very kind.

The location was a big plus. Many attractions were within walking distance, the city center was easily reachable on foot, the metro and train stations were nearby, and the airport bus stopped close to the hotel.

Cons:

We requested a quiet room, but unfortunately it was extremely noisy. A group of people, possibly students, were continuously playing very loud music, singing along, and shouting. Even with the windows closed, the noise was clearly audible well past midnight, until around 1 or 2 a.m.

We informed the reception during the day, and they told us that, if necessary, they could call the police or another law enforcement authority. However, on the night of the 18th, the night receptionist refused to come to our room to assess the noise level and also refused to contact the police.

The indoor unit of the air conditioning also had several black patches on the fins. We could not tell whether they were mold or just dirt, but it made us question whether the unit was cleaned and maintained regularly.

Très bon hôtel à 2 pas du Centre historique de Turin
Pros:

Emplacement très proche du centre à pieds, parking voiture très pratique, literie confortable, personnel accueillant

Cons:

L'Hôtel n'y peut rien mais les abords de la gare ne sont pas très agréables, ambiance un peu cour des miracles

L'hôtel est très confortable, la chambre était spacieuse.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel est efficace.
La proximité immédiate de la gare est un plus.
Turin peut se visiter à pied depuis cet hôtel.

Très bon hôtel mais environnement insécuritaire
Pros:

La chambre, la gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel, le petit-déjeuner, la propreté, le calme de la chambre.

Cons:

Lit et oreiller moyennement confortables.
Climatisation un peu bruyante.
L'insécurité du quartier avec des personnes qui s'envoyaient des bouteilles en verre dessus à 10 m de l'entrée de l'hôtel... Quand j'ai prévenu le réceptionniste il m'a pas dit qu'en Italie c'était fréquent... Je suis allée plusieurs fois en Italie et je n'ai jamais vu ça.

La ducha no era ducha era bañera jacuzi y era muy incómoda para ducharte porque si querías mojarte la cabeza te tenías que poner de rodillas porque había en medio una pared de buhardilla o directamente tomar un yacimiento

La limpieza y el servicio. La habitación era súper amplia y estaba genial.

La ubicación de noche era problemática. Se veía como de noche no se podía salir estando tranquilo en las inmediaciones del hotel.
