Fantastic stay - Clean, close to the beach, beautiful park, 10 mins walk to the city center
Pros:

Room was big & bright, very clean. Location was perfect for us close to the beach, beautiful park, train station & shopping . 10 min walk into the city center. Our room had great sea & port view, watching the cruisers coming in a night was added bonus.

Cons:

There are a few repairs required in the wellness area and maybe some non-slip mats in the shower area.

It's good.
Pros:

I liked the room, nice decor, spacious, clean with modern bathroom. Good location. Walking distance to lively Harbour with restaurants, bars and shops, market stalls and other attractions. I only used Taxi from and to the airport. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Noisy outside, with heavy traffic from early hours, so can't sleep with the widow open ( room with the harbour view). Noisy air conditioning in the room, not enough chairs around swimming pool area, no staff there. Swimming pool area needs a renovation. Nice calming music would make a massive difference. Poor selection of breakfast buffet, self service of coffee/tea but only two coffee single cup machines for the whole restaurant. Churros served for breakfast for only selected few people, sitting the closest to the kitchen. Hotels restaurant poor quality food, not enough staff, long waiting time for service. Very cold.

Fantastische Junior Suite mit Meerblick und großer Dachterrasse. Der Aufpreis hat sich sehr gelohnt.

Das Frühstück hatte noch Potenzial nach oben.

Nice large room. Clean and inviting hotel. Bar Staff Very friendly.

Cons:

Pool has Roof over it. Pictures appear to show it been outdoor. Sauna not running one morning. Stream room not ruinning the next morning.

Amazing and would definitely go there again
Pros:

Buffet breakfast. Chef was there to cook the eggs how you like.
Loved the pool and the facilities (sauna)
Lovely comfy room with good air con.
Hotel was run efficiently and staff were friendly and approachable and ready to help.

Cons:

I didn't know where to get the towels for the pool, it wasn't obvious. I saw other guests with pool towels. I'm sure if I'd asked at reception, I would have got a towel.
