Great location
Pros:

Location is great. 2 stops on the SkyTrain from YVR airport on the line to downtown Vancouver. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Check-in staff were very friendly.

Cons:

To access the property from the SkyTrain you go across a sky bridge, pass through the casino car park then down into a lobby for check-in. But the hotel is across the road and we had passed by the elevator that would have taken us directly to the actual hotel lobby (no signs). To get food from the casino food court you had to go through security (photos taken, ID checked etc) just to get a burger or Asian takeout. A bit of a hassle.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Clean, beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower exceeded expectations. Never waited for an elevator. Close to the train. Didn't gamble so can't rate that but easy access to the food court and other restaurants. Close to the airport and taxi's are quickly available.

Room was clean with a large bathroom. Pool area was great for families

Cons:

Despite having a fantastic family friendly pool area there was a lack of family friendly eating options, the food court was located within the casino & the buffet was closed when we were there.

Clean, new linen’s pillow and sheets, nice towels and excellent washroom , air in room was very clean and quiet!

Cons:

Didn’t like getting ID every time I walked in casino and my younger kids having to show 2pcs of ID, it was like going to a prison every time I entered the casino! There were 3 dealers who were nice the whole time and the rest were snobby attitude peeps, security had a bad attitude aswell. Hotel guests should get a special pass to by pass security, especially when you’re spending top dollar like that !

Expensive for a drab room that needs refurbishment
