it was OK
Pros:

security to obtain access to room floors was very good

Cons:

Hotel showing it"s age, overall hotel needs a good cleaning carpets in hallways were stained, dirty, rooms are OK but could use updating, bed mattress needs to be turned and rotated on regular basis.
Hotel needs a family style restaurant, the sit down restaurant attached to hotel is only Chinese food, Gordon Ramsay restaurant is over priced. The food offerings in Casino are OK but very very limited, Starbucks location again OK but limited food options as it is a coffee shop and hotel in my opinion is overpriced the only advantage is convenience to casino. I doubt that we will every stay there again, other hotels in area appear to offer better deals and food variety.

A positive experience !
Pros:

The location with the proximity to the Canada Line was great for getting around to the places we wanted to go to. We have stayed here a few times and it has always been a good snd pleasant stay.

I liked that when we arrived and had a complaint about the yapping dogs next door, the manager stepped right up to make us happy and moved us to another room. 😀

Pour visiter Vancouver des la sortie de l' aéroport
Pros:

La piscine pour les enfants est super
Accès direct au métro pour le centre ville

Cons:

Faut traverser la rue pour aller à la piscine
Chambre avec vue sur le parking et le métro aérien
Les taxes supplémentaires écrites en toute petite ligne dans la réservation alors que l hotel était déjà cher

Schöne Zimmer
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, bis auf den versprochenen Laptop Safe. Den habe ich nicht gefunden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist einigermassen ok, da sich das Hotel in Flughafen-Nähe befindet, falls man das sucht. Ansonsten ist es um das Hotel herum eher etwas trostlos. Besonders gut ist die Nähe zum Night Market, den man fussläufig erreichen kann.

Cons:

Ich hatte explizit nach einem Hotelzimmer mit Laptop-Safe gesucht. So stand es auch in der Beschreibung. Aber im Hotelzimmer habe ich vergeblich nach dem Laptop-Safe gesucht.
Auch habe ich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Yachthafen gewählt. Wir hatten zwar den Ausblick Richtung Yachthafen, aber der grösste Anblick war das Dach des Vorgebäudes. Und von Yachten war nichts zu sehen.
Bei Ankunft war es sehr verwirrend, in welchem Gebäude unsere Rezeption ist und wo der für uns geltende Eingang ist. Es sollte auch ein Bereich ausgewiesen sein, wo man kurz halten kann, um Koffer ein- oder auszuladen, und wo man nicht die Fire Lane blockiert.

Pros:

It was an amazing stay, from the lovley stuff at the Reception over the Concierge to the stuff at the Bar/Restaurant. We got in additional an free Upgrade of the Room to the executive Suite. The Hotel + Restaurants and Casino has everything for a great stay and we have immediately booked it again for another night during our trip.

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, positive und negative Eindrücke haben sich die Waage gehalten

Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, auch das Hotel aus uns grundsätzlich gefallen. Das meiste Personal war sehr zuvor kommend und freundlich. Das Sushi Restaurant war sehr gut und ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Was uns weniger gefallen hat war das veraltete Zimmer mit dicken, alten Teppichen. Das hat sich sehr unhygienisch angefüllt. Auch die Tatsache, dass uns das Zimmer 3x auf der Kreditkarte belastet wurde und die Dame an der Rezeption damit vollkommen überfordert war und keine Ahnung hatte, wie man das Problem löst, ist uns sehr negativ aufgefallen.
