Pros:

Everything was great! The hotel was very easy to access, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us warmly. The breakfast was also amazing.

Cons:

The room's soundproofing wasn't' the best. seems to be a common issue across all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Italy.

Pros:

Very comfortable beds in the family room, only downside was lift finishing on the 3rd floor and we were on the fourth. Wonderful nighttime views of the Leaning tower from the roof terrace. Very central for the cathedral etc.

Cons:

Rood terrace, comfortable beds, cleanliness.

Alles! Sehr nettes Personal, freundlich und hilfsbereit, gut organisiert. Lage ist fantastisch, quasi um's Eck die Piazza miracoli und parallel zur Einkaufs - und Restaurantstrasse. Frühstück gut bis sehr gut.

A hidden gem!

Friendly staff allowed us to leave bags and use facilities before we left and got us a taxi.
Lovely to have a small balcony and aircon worked well
