Important information:

Reception opening hours are from Monday to Friday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Please note that opening hours may be subject to change and guests are advised to contact the residence prior to arrival.

Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen including a bath mat and a dish towel, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen area and dishes, WiFi access in the apartments, as well as charges and taxes except the tourist tax. Please note that the tourist tax is payable on site and is free of charge for guests under 18 years old.

Please note that in the apartments, the living area is generally equipped with two single sofa beds corresponding to two single bench beds (lits-banquettes), which are considered as single sleeping arrangements rather than standard sofa beds. Some accommodations may include a double sofa bed depending on the apartment type.

Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost. Guests may also request the preferred location of their accommodation after booking by contacting the residence directly. For any invoice request, please note that invoices will be issued strictly under the name stated on the reservation.

The residence features an outdoor swimming pool open from April to October, subject to weather conditions.

The residence is located in a preserved natural area on the Giens peninsula, with direct access to a sandy beach and close proximity to water sports activities such as sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Petit appartement sympathique
Très propre et assez fonctionnel
Proximité avec la plage et la piscine
un service de buanderie qui dépanne beaucoup
Grand parking
J’étais là pour des visites quotidiennes a l’hôpital Renée Sabran qui est a 5 min en voiture très pratique

Cons:

On peut toujours améliorer mais c’est
un peu trop de proximité avec les voisins
Mais compliqué de faire autrement !

Pros:

Zwar sehr kleine aber sehr saubere Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Die Parkanlage ist sehr schön und auch gut gepflegt. Pool sah toll aus haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt. Direkter Strandzugang.

Cons:

Die Kinderstockbetten sind zu klein, deshalb haben unsere Kids auf den Ausziehbetten geschlafen. Sonst alles prima.

Sehr ruhige und gut gepflegte Anlage.

Cons:

Freilaufende Hunde auf dem Gelände. Hier sollte die Direktion strenger sein. Der Stand sollte gereinigt werden wie vor den Anlagen weiter oben Richtung Hyère Port.

Прекрасное расположение у моря. Шикарная территория и обилие свободных парковочных мест. Дружелюбный персонал и удобная кухня.

Piscine propre, canapé convertible en très bon état, résidence très bien entretenu

Cons:

En entend beaucoup les voisins et fort ressenti des odeurs de cuisine de certain voisin. Les 2 lit simple annoncés étaient en réalité un canapé convertible... il était très bien mais on s'attendait à autre chose.
