Pros:

We only stayed for 1 night so did not use the pool or restaurant. we did have a coffee. The room was small and was also very noisy as it was behind the reception, it had no view from the window. It was a last minute booking and was a good price so was not expecting much. The was an old shampoo container (on the wall) just hanging there, it had obviously been overlooked, but I spoke to the cleaner and she came and changed it. Overall was a nice hotel, but I dont think I would stay there for more than a couple of days.

Cons:

The fixtures and fittings in the room were old and tired, the bathroom wasn't clean with the shower head almost falling off,
the view over a carpark was dreadful.

Had potential to be good but staff let it down and the run down state of the bathrooms.
Cons:

The bar tender sold drinks to us 2 minutes before closing the bar with no warning that he was closing. We were with a group of people watching the World Cup including children. He abruptly in Spanish told us, that’s it, stop and turned the tv off without even saying he was going to. He proceeded to very rudely shrug and say ‘not my problem closed’ raised his hands and turned off all the lights when there was still over ten people in the sofa area.. its was disgraceful. No manner or respect to customers and a terrible rude attitude.
Our bathroom was also run down with dirty floor and one of the rooms had a broken toilet seat. We were put in rooms over a wedding party that was loud into the early hours.
When we went to get drinks the previous night at the bar he told us no coffee and we had to ask again and plead as we had a long journey and he eventually agreed to make 2 white coffees.
Whilst trying ti get lunch we were told to order at the bar, the barman then told us no, to go and order at the pool terrace and we had to wait half an hour for someone to come to take orders.

No se parece a otros hoteles Ilunion.
Pros:

La piscina es una buena piscina, es amplia y está bien cuidada, al igual que el césped de alrededor.

Cons:

Pues lo que menos me gustó fue la ducha, pues tenía una bajísima presión y el agua caliente iba y venía. Además una situación surrealista, sin jabón en el dosificador de manos y con poquísimo jabón en dosificador de la ducha, que íbamos dos personas y para que se pudise duchar mi pareja, tuve que bajar a recepción a pedir jabón, y de hecho, tras sonreír la recepcionista me dijo que me enviaría el jabón, esperamos unos 10 minutos y nos tuvimos que marchar porque teníamos un concierto. A la noche, al volver estaba el bote de jabón sobre la maneta, menos mal que pudimos ducharnos como Dios manda tras el concierto... Y el buffet del desayuno dejó mucho que desear con respecto a otros hoteles Ilunion en los que hemos estado, porque este tenía poca variedad.
