Nice place to stay but amenities and breakfast should be improved.
Pros:

Good location, spacious room and nice interior of traditional Vietnamese style

Cons:

Handwash gel smell was off, like quite bad to be honest. And the included breakfast was disappointing. We are Vietnamese so we know how ‘pho’ should taste like, and their pho is tasteless and cannot even compared with 50cent worth instant pho.

Un hôtel plein de charme avec un accueil exceptionnel, idéal pour découvrir Hoi An.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, avec de nombreux restaurants et stands de street food à proximité. L’hôtel est plein de charme, situé dans une rue très calme. La piscine est agréable, avec une eau bien fraîche, parfaite après une journée sous la chaleur. Un immense merci à Thuong, la gérante, toujours souriante et aux petits soins. Nous avons rencontré un problème lors d’une excursion sur l’île de Cham et elle l’a résolu avec beaucoup de professionnalisme.

Cons:

Le seul petit point négatif est que l’on entend parfois du bruit dans le couloir. En revanche, une fois les portes fermées et la nuit venue, l’hôtel est très calme.

Does the job for a short stay.
Pros:

Not a bad location, short walk from main area but far enough to not have the noise. Pool is small but nice. Lobby and facilities are nice.

Cons:

Room looked unfinished? Not like photos. Not bad but just not as nice as expected. No windows which I didn’t realise. Bath/shower hard to enter and exit.

Chambre est sympa.
Le jeune homme qui travaille le soir est très gentil et pro !

Vue de la chambre sur un poteau électrique.
Petit-déjeuner vraiment pas incroyable.
Salle de bain à améliorer, de l’eau partout à chaque douche.
À part le jeune homme qui travaille le soir, le personnel de l’accueil était très peu accueillant. Aucune vraie explication et des formules de politesses souvent oubliées car sur les téléphones.
La piscine : des horaires non respectés donc nous avons été réveillés à 7h30 du matin par les enfants.
Spa : passez votre chemin, il est limité dans le couloir de l’hôtel !
