Lựa chọn ổn tại Hội An
Pros:

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí rất gần với phố cổ Hội An. Cơ sở vật chất trong phòng tốt. Nhân viên lễ tân ca ngày rất hữu ích và đưa ra nhiều lựa chọn về những gói du lịch, thuê xe cũng như tiện ích xung quanh. Phòng tốt nhưng nên đặt phòng có ban công vì căn phòng không có ban công khá chật. Rất nhiều điều thú vị tại sảnh, những thứ nhỏ nhặt làm nên một phong cách rất riêng của khách sạn này.

Cons:

Vì cũng là một người đang làm việc trong lĩnh vực khách sạn và du lịch. Tôi không thích cách nhân viên ca đêm ngồi khi làm việc với khách hàng. Nhưng điều đó cũng không ảnh hưởng nhiều đến trải nghiệm tại khách sạn.

Enjoyable 5 days in Hoi An!
Pros:

Very helpful staff; great location with quiet street and all amenities nearby (restaurants, ATM, massage/nail/hair salon, tailor shops, pharmacy and small grocery).

Cons:

Water system had problems during our stay... the toilet made a loud noise when flushing (we stayed 5 days and it seemed to work well on some days, and not so well on others)... one morning we had no water at all. The toweling was adequate but could use being refreshed with new, fluffy, white toweling.

Relaxing in Hoi an
Pros:

Staff are fantastic, very helpful to such an extent that they decorated our room for my partners birthday. ❤️
Perfect location for getting around, lots of food and essentials. Wonderful cafe a short step away.
The room was spacious, bed comfortable, a/c perfect.
The pool is a great way to unwind after a busy day shopping and eating bahn mie.
We stayed for 8 days so we got a good feel for the Hotel.
We would definatly stay again.

Tourist who don't know how to chill! 🙄

Exceptional hospitality and a wonderful birthday stay – we would definitely return!
Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. What really made our stay special was the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to arrange a wonderful surprise for my husband’s birthday, including decorations, flowers and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch. They also arranged a lantern boat experience for us and organised a taxi to the airport. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Fantastic hospitality and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only slight disappointment was the pool area, as it doesn’t get much sun during the day. Other than that, we couldn’t fault our stay

la stanza per quattro persone risulta un po piccola, manca dello spazio per i bagagli.

Staff were great & located in a quiet & convenient location. Thuy & staff were incredibly helpful & tried to make our stay more comfortable. Thuy was exceptional & is main reason for the good review.
Yoghurt fruit bowl & indoor pool were winners.

Cons:

Construction next door during our stay. Bathrooms could be better maintained but otherwise clean.

Pros:

Bardzo udany pobyt. Lokalizacja jest świetna – około 10 minut spacerem od ścisłego centrum Hoi An i okolic rzeki, gdzie wieczorami pływają charakterystyczne łódki. Dzięki temu jest wystarczająco blisko najważniejszych atrakcji, a jednocześnie trochę spokojniej niż w samym centrum.

Personel był bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny. Sam hotel sprawia bardzo dobre wrażenie – widać, że został urządzony z pomysłem. Wystrój jest nowoczesny, ale ma charakter i nie wygląda jak kolejny bezosobowy hotel. Stosunek jakości do ceny oceniam bardzo dobrze.

Ogólnie hotel zdecydowanie wart polecenia. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetny personel, ciekawy wystrój i bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Cons:

Mam kilka drobnych uwag, które nie wpłynęły znacząco na ogólną ocenę pobytu.

Basen znajduje się bardzo blisko lobby i raczej nie jest miejscem, przy którym można spędzić cały dzień. Dobrze sprawdzi się, żeby chwilę popływać i się ochłodzić, ale nie ma tam zbyt wielu warunków do rozłożenia się i dłuższego leżakowania.

Widok z naszego balkonu również nie należał do szczególnie atrakcyjnych – ponieważ hotel znajduje się nieco na uboczu, wychodził głównie na niezabudowane, porośnięte trawą działki. Dla nas nie był to jednak większy problem, tym bardziej że temperatura na zewnątrz nie sprzyjała przebywaniu na balkonie.

Dość nietypowo rozwiązano również śniadania. Nie ma klasycznego bufetu ani szwedzkiego stołu – zamiast tego wybiera się jedną z kilku przygotowanych propozycji śniadaniowych. Jedzenie było smaczne i nam takie rozwiązanie odpowiadało, ale warto o tym wiedzieć, ponieważ dla osób lubiących duży wybór przy śniadaniu może być to pewien minus.
