La struttura è in una posizione perfetta e lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile.
Purtroppo la doccia nella nostra camera non scaricava bene causando l’allagamento del bagno. La colazione alla carta è arrivata dopo 30 minuti dall’ordine e non erano disponibili bicchieri o tazze per il tea, abbiamo dovuto chiedere e attendere 10 minuti. Si sente parecchio rumore dai corridoi esterni dall’interno della stanza, come se i muri fossero di cartone. Per concludere: ottima posizione, staff gentile ma non ci sono le qualità per essere un 4 stelle.

Zimmer etwas älter und Badezimmer schon recht alt. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht sehr gut funktioniert.
El personal estuvo en todo momento pendiente de nosotros pero sin agobiar. Muy amables y profesionales.
Good location, has a pool, balcony with a lovely view
Walls are quite thin so can hear noisy guests quite clearly. water pressure also not amazing in our room but we may just have been unlucky!

Stanza molto piccola con mezzo armadio per i bagagli. Doccia agghiacciante dove l’acqua scendeva malissimo e foto che non rispecchiano la realtà.
Personale poco accogliente e in tutte le altre strutture hanno portato i bagagli al piano se le stanze non erano ancora pronte o ci hanno aiutato a portarle al piano, qui nulla di tutto ciò.
Rapporto qualità prezzo troppo sbilanciato.

Lovely staff, they have been accommodating my stay and made it so enjoyable. The highlight is the massage staff, Van is the best, I will come back again just for her :)

The bathroom is quite dated and could use some renovation, but overall it was still a good stay considering the price.

Location is close to main hub and easy walk

The staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Location was fantastic as well. Great little street with convenience stores, and spas - a quick working into the shopping area in Hoi An Old town.
The bedrooms were cosy and the beds were extremely comfortable- especially the pillows!
There was nothing bad about the property at all.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man kann dort viel zu Fuß unternehmen. Trotzdem ist es nicht laut, da das Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In dem Pool haben die Kinder gerne gespielt.
Zu wenig Abstellfläche in den Zimmern und im Bad.
