That the WiFi was difficult to navigate, and does t auto join. Also, the staff was limited and Their English and difficult to understand.
Location is good, close to restaurants, gas stations and park. The complimentary breakfast was decent and there were several choices.
I reserved a king room but was given a 2 bed queen room. I was never notified of the changed and the only answer I received is, to contact Booking who also never responded to my questions. The room lights and switches kept turning off or not working because the card key needed to be permanently placed in a holder by the door that nobody told us during check in. On the 3rd day the door keys stopped working which was an inconvenience because we had our hands full of stuff. We went to the front lobby and the girl at the desk said they changed the key settings that day and changed our keys, but no apologies or communication that this was a planned maintenance. The staff was never welcoming, they were not rude, but their approach was very indifferent, no charisma or a smile. They most spent their time talking between each other and no interaction with the customers.
Location nearby all attractions, best part is nice and healthy breakfast.

No one told us that we had to put our keycard in to use electricity and that was super odd

We had requested a king size bed and were assigned a king size disabled room without any warning. At check in, we were instructed to request the room cleaning service before 12:00pm. Requested the room clean 2 days in a row. They took out the trash from the trash cans and left clean towels. Wet dirty towels were left behind. On the 3rd day, after I requested clarification regarding their cleaning service, I was told we had been getting the "refresh" service. Had no clue I was supposed to ask for full cleaning service. We were there 4 nights and the room was cleaned one time. We were a group of 4, only given 3 or 2. When I asked for another towels, I was told to wait 2 1/2 hours until house keeping got in. Neatless to say, customer service is not their strong.
