It’s super convenient if you have an early flight
The check in staff who refused to give me her name was awful. She was rude and dismissive for no real reason except that I made a booking error and forgot to add the kids to the two rooms I had booked - she suggested I had done so to cheat the bill (which made no sense since I was happy to pay the extra charge). When I told her that her approach was less than ideal, she told me I was welcome to leave the hotel and find someplace else to stay. Unnecessary and unprofessional. In addition, the facilities in our room were sub par - the entire light fixture came out of the way. Oh and there was a man passed out just outside our door for the night.

暑かったのでプールがとても快適でした。
空港からのシャトルバス乗り場がわかりづらかった。ホテル公式のホームページからYouTubeのバス停案内動画をみてやっと場所がわかりました。
