The location was fine but no breakfast just coffee
I asked for non smoking room but I was given smoking room. The blankets had stain looks dirty and pillow had bad smell.
The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted: the harbor, the headlands, the main drag. We stayed on a Monday mind you, but the hotel was quiet, and the staff were super lovely, welcoming and accommodating. And again, it was less than $100, which is the real selling point, let’s be real. For a spot to crash after a long drive, it’ll do.
Not a room you’ll be dying to spend a ton of downtime in, that’s just not its function. To be fair though, they’re apparently in the middle of renovations which will likely make it more comfortable, and honestly, you get what you paid for, so, for $86, I have nothing to complain about. Ask for an extra blanket if you don’t run hot.
I didn't like anything about this location. as a matter of fact it was so bad my wife and I slept in our truck and refused to take a shower. I would like a refund.
everything at this place was awful. do not book a room here.
The location is good.
We didn't have any shower gel, shampoo, or a comforter.
Good location, AC worked, high speed internet. Friendly staff. 24/7 front desk.
Dirty walls, floors, shower, facilities. Under the bed has dust/crumbs. Stains and splatters on walls, bathtub was very dirty and stained and there was a used soap bar. Bed was very soft and springy, I felt it was an inflatable bed. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the room wreaked of the smoking smell. Thin walls, you can hear everything and people walking upstairs. I don’t think the housekeepers cleaned the facilities. Table in room was very wobbly the stand was broken or something. The night light shade was broken and fell apart. Water was scalding burning if you adjusted it barely to the warm side. Reported all these matters but nothing was done.
Close to where I needed to be. Convenient. Cost-effective.
A little smelly, old decor. Floor boards old and worn and beat up. Doors chipped. Not the place you’d take a date to impress, but the place you’ll stay for work while blowing through town.
The Front Desk staff were some incredible people who clearly just wanted to help the guests.
The rooms were DISGUSTING
Nothing
It was a bad experience. Very bad smell, uncomfortable in every way
Very little actually. The one bright spot was that the bed was reasonably comfortable. The property is under renovation ( which is badly needed). But the construction noise sent my supersonic hearing Goldendoodle into sensory overload and had a hard time settling down. It would’ve been nice if the property had alerted Booking.com that they were under construction. While this room was super cheap I would’ve gladly reserved somewhere else had I known. But, after a long day of driving I wasn’t in the mood to cancel the reservation and look for new accommodations.
The property is run down. The room interior was so blank. There was a bed and a tv. The entire room was run down. The paint was chipping in places. It was a weirdly constructed room. The toilet closet was super small. You could almost take a shower while you were sitting on the toilet.
This was a one night stay and the price was right. But even at that, I would gladly have paid more for a nicer room (one that didn’t look like it had been painted over 12 times).
floors and clean space
room smelled very musty
Clean Quiet
No coffee in room
Location and price
Loud and crowded
It was close to attractions
There was like 15 people in the room on top of us and they were really noisy till like 2am and nothing got done
Bad, crack heads all over and my room smelled like dirty socks mixed with wet dirty dog, I did not stay and left. I left immediately. The girl at the counter was really nice, I feel bad for and she deserves to work somewhere better.
