Noisy, dirty and stinky.
Pros:

How close it was to the ocean.

Cons:

Staff was rude, put us across the parking lot from the room with my kids which didn't feel safe. Coffee was gone by 7 am, powdered creamer was our only option.

Beach stay
Pros:

The room was decently sized. We were able to get to the beach fairly easily. Worth the price to stay.

Cons:

The beds were smaller than expected. The kids were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance.

Good enough for a cheap getaway
Pros:

It is good enough, staff are friendly and accommodating. It felt safe and secure. Showers worked great. Dogs are free and welcomed. Great location. Clean bedding and towels.

Cons:

A little outdated and the floor needed mopped. But for the price, it’s worth it.

All in all it was good.
Pros:

Super close to town and the area is well lit so we felt safe even if it was close to the highway. Everything was within less than 5 minutes driving so it was super convenient.

Cons:

The room we were assigned in was still occupied when we checked in but the staff was quick enough to find us another available room. The downside was that it was not prepped for 4 and we only had 2 towels but we were only there for a night so it was fine. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room too, we had to ask at the front desk for hot water for the night.

we came 1am in the morning and left 9am, so just needed to sleep. There was no shampoo and pillow was horrible.

Just needed a bed for the night and that’s about all I got.
Pros:

Cost and the woman I interacted with was pleasant.

Cons:

Trashy property, people just hanging around. Didn’t take a shower as it was pretty sketchy.

Worse hotel ever.
Pros:

Not a dam thing.

Cons:

Everything. The room stunk like cigarettes and was very dirty. No towels light bulbs blown out very noisy only sheets on the bed. Air conditioning smelled like cigarettes. Very very dirty.

The location.

Cons:

I stayed in room 139 and our stay was less than pleasant.  We were not aware the pool was going to be closed or that there was construction.  That would have been nice to know. Upon check in neither person was very friendly or helpful. 

One of out key cards would not work and the other we had to swipe multiple times before the door would unlock. The door to the room did not close right and was extremely loud when opening iand closing it.  We had asked one for the room to be cleaned and they did not clean the floors so we had dirty sandy floors the entire time. There was no screen in the bathroom. The TV or wifi was not working very well. 

On our first night we were women up by someone on the phone pasing in front of our door. Last night we were woken at 4:00 am because someone was making a ridiculous amount of noise in the room next to us. There was a different person in that room every time we were out there. So it seemed odd. There was a big gap in the door so it let a lot of light and noise through.

Overall the room was in an array of disrepair.

Alot of noise from construction. The black out curtains did not keep out the lights from outside. Toilet set made fir little people and shower curtain was to small, water got all over the floor.
