Central location. Affordable rates

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work and it blew hot air all night. Very stuffy. The mattress was very thin on one of the beds, kept rolling toward the floor all night.

Bett und Boden waren sauber, aber die Fenster und das Bad waren mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier wurde schon lange nichts mehr hinein investiert. Im Zimmer nebenan wurde renoviert, daher kann sich das noch ändern...
Die Matratzen waren angenehm hart, sie wirkten nicht alt und durchgelegen.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location was nice. Very walkable to downtown. Rooms are seriously in need of upgrades. Lights didn't work. Mattress and box springs were worn out, and honestly gross. There were food crumbs and hair in between the mattress and box spring. Smelled like a smoking room even though it was advertised as non smoking. Just old and grimey. And the price was definitely not in line with the quality of the room.

Fine for the price. It didn’t advertise amenities that weren’t available, but I would pay more to have. Coffee service
Pros:

It was convenient. The room was very clean and its location on the site was quiet.
The heat was effective and pretty quiet.
There were adequate accessible plugs for our chargers.

Cons:

No coffee maker.
Microwave faulty. It locked itself somehow either each use and had to be unplugged g * bf b

The bedding was unexpected.
A top sheet with a very thin blanket sandwiched with another top sheet, and the first one folded over.
We asked for more covers. Another light blanket was promptly delivered for each “queen”

The expectation was that we would use the room heater.
Two unrelated friends traveling together couldn’t really set a temp good for both.
We made do by using three blankets on one bed. One on the other.

The bed did not have a bed spread on top. Just a thin blanket between 2 top sheets. I have never seen this before. The room was very bare.

I did not like the restroom, it has a lot of defect! it has a lot of used towels from the previous occupant and forgotten by the room attendant in the closet.

Great Location with unfortunate plumbing issues.
Pros:

Location. 10 min walk to downtown and a five minute drive to Noyo Harbor.

Cons:

It's going through a refurb and nothing was listed online about that. Our toilet didn't work very well, maintenance man had to come by three times in a matter of an hour... Then it happened the next day after the maintenance man had left and the front desk clerk came by our room. She asked if I wanted to keep the plunger overnight, I said yes.

It was conveniently located and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Cons:

This was one of the worst properties I’ve stayed at in a long time. And I was traveling with my 18-year-old so if it had been any earlier than a midnight check-in, I would have canceled and gone somewhere else, but we were exhausted and needed to sleep. I didn’t want to even get under the covers. My son who has also traveled a lot and stayed in many different types of accommodations started taking photos as well because it was so gross.

Gutes Zimmer
Pros:

Wir waren sehr erleichtert, als wir den Kühlschrank im Zimmer sahen, die Fotos gaben das nicht her und auch in der Beschreibung fehlte der Hinweis auf einen Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug.

We won’t stay again, but it was better than nothing. 2/5 stars from us.

Cons:

Our neighbors were awful and they didn’t ask me how my stay was when I checked out. The fridge was barely cold..and being pet friendly with no grass on the property is disappointing.
