Lobby en ontbijt

Cons:

Dat ik 15€ moest betalen voor een parkeerplaats achter een paaltje van het hotel, terwijl er tientallen parkeerplaatsen naast lagen. Geen drukke wijk, heel erg duur voor nachtje in open lucht en open terrein parkeren.

Super Lage an der Arena, Rezeption freundlich, Restaurantpersonal chaotisch.
Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber und die Nähe zum Stadion genial.
Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Restaurantpersonal war völlig überfordert und unkoordiniert. An einem Schalke-Tach Wochenende muss man sich einfach auf viele Gäste einstellen. Am Anreisetag gab es keine Speisekarte. Es wurde lediglich Pizza angeboten, auf die wir mehr als 1 Std warten mussten. 1 Mitarbeiter hat für ein volles Restaurant Pizza gebacken. Völlig unverständlich.
Hätte es ein anderes Restaurant in der Nähe gegeben, wären wir gegangen.
Das Frühstück war ok, außer das das Personal nicht die Tische abgeräumt hat und man selbst das Geschirr des Vorgängers zur Seite räumen musste. Dementsprechend wurde auch kein Tisch abgewischt. Aus unserer Sicht nicht nachvollziehbar.

Für Veranstaltungen in Arena perfekt für Übernachtung
Pros:

Direkt auf dem Vereinsgelände, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Tiefgarage

Cons:

Frühstücksbereich sehr klein, bei hoher Belegung, Bereich auf den Tischen und Bodenflächen nicht geeignet
