all in all our stay was good for what we needed, Front desk staff was great,

The location and walkability and rooftop bar

Cons:

We had issues with our towel rack leaking water and the smelled a little like mold, not major but you could notice it.

Good apparment located in ideal area
Pros:

The location, the friendliness of the staff everywhere, beds are comfy.
Apartment was big enough for the 3 of us.
Kitchen full equipped and everything new. Even Nespresso machine, but being in Rome better go to any bar around :-)

Gentilezza dello staff al quale vanno tutti i nostri complimenti. Camere nuove e molto ben arredate, colazione con vista all'ultimo piano un vero punto a vostro favore

La pulizia sicuramente. Le camere seppure nuovissime vanno controllate meglio. Durante il soggiorno la camera di partenza non è stata pulita bene, poca insonorizzazione, si sente qualsiasi cosa viene fatto nelle camere vicine. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto rivedibili. Per chi fa basilarmente bed & breakfast 500.00/notte sono eccessivi . Ascensore del tutto insufficiente per la struttura

Delightful and quiet apartments near the Vatican
Pros:

The breakfast room, which becomes a popular spot for aperitivo, is truly special. Cappuccino with a Vatican view and sounds of birds? Yes, please! Our apartment was perfect for a family of 4...beds were as expected and the common area was just right for sharing snacks and making plans. The bathroom is bright and clean, and offers all the toiletries needed.

Cons:

Popularity of the rooftop means you may need to wait - be sure to tell the front desk if you want to reserve a table for their delicious aperitivo offerings.

Very nice apartment albeit expensive but skip breakfast!
Pros:

It was extremely clean and in a great position - views of the basilica over breakfast and very close to the Vatican and Castel sant’ Angelo. Good bus routes nearby and some excellent restaurants ( Hostaria da Cesare). Bed really comfy and great sized apartment with mini kitchenette

Cons:

Breakfast. Orange juice was definitely watered down and finding a hair in the fruit one morning then another hair in the croissants the following morning was disgusting. We ate out on the 3rd morning!
