nothing, even the breakfast was very slow, my promised omelet never reached me, so I had to leave before it got to my table and I was there waiting for 35 minutes for my egg :-(

Cons:

Booked as Genius 3 (single room) I changed hotel, especially to enjoy the Spa. At check-in I asked about the genius 3 upgrade and explained that my husband had passed away and that this was my first time travelling alone as a visually impaired person with a guide dog. The receptionist (Anna) was cold and robotic, gave no clear explanation, and rolled her eyes when I pointed out her attitude. Spa was already closed (check-in 17:15), no apology or alternative offered although internet doen's say its only till 5pm nor on booking. Welcome drink as mentioned while booked only after I asked for it. No attempt whatsoever to make me feel welcome. Very disappointing for a hotel that claims to pamper its guests.

Pros:

Localização fantástica com acesso fácil, a pé, a todas as atrações turísticas. Café da manhã satisfatório, bom, servido com muita cortesia. A decoração do hotel pode não agradar a todos, pois acompanha o nome do hotel, sendo estilo imperial, bastante interessante, parecia estarmos hospedados em um museu, mas muito bem limpo, e sem cheiros desagradáveis. Wi-fi de boa qualidade para o uso que fizemos.

Cons:

Durante nossa hospedagem aconteceu uma festa de casamento. Os noivos foram super gentis, enviando mimos aos hóspedes, e pedindo desculpa se houvesse um pouco de incomodo. NÃO HOUVE qualquer incômodo, dormimos bem, sem qualquer problema. Como isso pode desagradar a algumas pessoas mais sensíveis, sugiro que o hotel notifique previamente àqueles que tiverem reserva, que acontecerá uma festa durante sua estadia. Mas repito, isso NÃO nos incomodou, muito pelo contrário: felicidades, Ma***a e La*****s!!!
