Pros:

סה"כ מלון נהדר, נקי מאוד, מרווח, מיטות יחיד ממש גדולות, מקלחת נהדרת. גם הסאונה והג'קוזי היו טובים.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת ממש, ומעולה, השירות בארוחת הבוקר היה מושלם. זו היתה ארוחת בוקר הרבה יותר טובה מהרבה מלונות שהייתי בהם...

Cons:

הספא ( הסאונה והג'קוזי) היו פתוחים בהזמנה מראש, אבל עד 17:00 בלבד...וחבל, כיוון שסה"כ היו צריכים להדליק את החימום, ואין הבדל אם עושים זאת ב-17:00, או ב-21:00, כאשר בקבלה יש מישהו 24/7.
מחוץ למלון בימי ששהיתי היה סוג של פסטיבל ומוזיקה מהבוקר עד 22:00 מחרישת אוזניים, שאפילו החלון הכפול לא הצליח להתגבר עליה..
בכל הזמנת מלון שלי, אני מבקשת חדר שיהיה שקט ( ולא מעניין אותי אם זה ע"ח הנוף.. )
בקשתי להחליף חדר לא נענתה...
"פיצו" אותי בבקבוק אישי של שמפניה ( אני לא שותה אלכוהול)

Nice hotel with good facilities, great location. Not the best value for money
Pros:

Lovely room with great facilities and a really comfortable bed. The staff were nice and the breakfast was great! There is a really nice spa/wellness room as well which is open for all guests in the morning. The location is perfect as well, right in the center.

Cons:

The gym isn't the best, three exercise machines, with the bike broken when I was there. There are some dumbbells and mats and a power rack type thing which was broken as well. You can get a workout in but you are very limited.

It felt a bit overpriced for what it was and didn't really feel like a 5 star hotel. It was still an enjoyable stay, just not quite worth the price tag.

Lovely place in ideal location
Pros:

We really love places like this because they feel unique and full of character. Even some imperfections, or the fact that certain details are not as polished or perfectly thought through as in large hotel chains, somehow feel charming here and become part of the overall experience.
The location is absolutely ideal. Breakfast hours are also very well arranged — you can eat early if needed, or stay in bed until the last possible moment and still make it. And a special mention for the bed: extremely comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep.
Overall, a very distinctive and soulful place with its own personality.

Cons:

I could mention unstable Wi-Fi or that the bathroom is not particularly practical, but in this case none of that really mattered. We were looking for exactly this kind of place — slightly tired around the edges, but incredibly charming, with all its little imperfections simply adding to its character.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt von Vilnius, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Hotel ist gut, aber erfüllt die Anforderungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht. Alles wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

small and personable hotel. Beautiful room. Wonderful restaurant. Great location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. If we ever have the opportunity, we will stay there again.

Reception team was fabulous both during check-in and check-out.
Room cleaning was perfect.

Cons:

Room was too small. There was no place to open up the luggage.
The breakfast was a little poor and the restaurant was too small and stuffy.

Zarezerwowałem pokój na zasadzie zdjęć. Pierwszy był rozczarowaniem ale gdy zgłosiłem na recepcji nieprawidłowość w ramach rekompensaty otrzymaliśmy świetny apartament. Poprawki błędu zasługuje na 5*

Cons:

Parking a innym hotelu. Pierwszy pokój słaby jak dla służby ze skosami i "było w nim czuć"
Ale poprawiony błąd.

Cons:

Dziwny zapach w pokoju, w końcu 5gwiazdkowy hotel. Mialem mały pokój, o tym wiedziałem dokonując rezerwacji. Mało płynów do higieny, brak wanny. Śniadania są lepsze w hotelach o niższym standardzie.
