Un lugar que solía amar, pero creo que no volvería
Pros:

Las actividades que tiene el hotel y el servicio del staff.

Cons:

Solía ser un lugar para relajarse y estar en contacto con la naturaleza, sin bullicio ni gente escandalosa. Ahora con su membresía ya se convirtió en un lugar de niños y adolescentes gritando y echándose clavados en la alberca, y comiendo en la alberca, lo cual está prohibido, y desafortunadamente el staff no les dice nada. Algunos papás irresponsables dejan a sus hijos solos en la alberca sin verificar que respeten las normas.

Pros:

Uns hat besonders die Lage des Hotels gut gefallen; die einzelnen Doppelbungalows liegen schön im Dschungel verteilt und jeweils einige Meter auseinander, sodass man viel Privatsphäre hat und einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Die Zimmer sind groß und passen zur Umgebung. Schön war die Hängematte auf der Terrasse. Toll ist auf jeden Fall auch das Angebot der kostenlosen Ausflüge.

Cons:

Leider haben wir am ersten Abend das Essen oder ein Getränk nicht vertragen, sodass wir die weiteren Anmehmlichkeiten des Hotels nicht bzw. kaum nutzen konnten (wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort). Wir haben den Cocktail von der Poolbar in Verdacht, weil dort die Hygiene bei genauerem Hinschauen doch verbesserungswürdig ist.

Unique place!
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful stay! The surrounding nature was breathtaking, the accommodation itself was excellent, and the food was simply outstanding. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. Everything exceeded our expectations — it’s impossible not to give this place a perfect 10/10.

Wonderful stay in the jungle
Pros:

I had a wonderful time at Explorean. The room was great and I enjoyed drinking my coffee watching the birds in the morning. The tours are fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the night kayak trip with Danny, really magical. Shout also to the driver Tomas and Ndjamil for the surprise. Also did great trips with Jesus and Enoch to the ruins, monastery in the jungle and catamaran trip to Bacalar. The restaurant staff were super too, you feel very taken care of. The whole stay was amazing value.

Cons:

The hotel is on the rainforest and I feel there should be more effort on environmental issues. Apparently they had water dispensers instead of plastic bottles before Covid- please bring them back. Also there is music playing all the time at the pool/bar area, suggest you turn this off for an hour at dusk to appreciate the birds and other sounds of nature. The only other issue is it was hard to contact hotel re transfer, it seems the staff there don’t actually have access to either Exploreans digital concierge or the Booking app. However once I emailed Monica she sorted everything and also offered me breakfast when I arrived early (The Tren Maya only comes once a day in each direction) Thank you!

Pros:

La comida en el restaurante, desayuno, comida o cena fueron de buen calidad, me toco que algunos platillos de la carta no estaban disponible. La ubicación excelente, los tours muy buenos. me quede con ganas de hacer mas tours, tuve mañans libres que no ocupe y me hubiera gustado.

Cons:

Me comentaros que si tenia una platica para ofrecer ser socio pagaría la mitad. Esto me desalentó muchísimo.

Das ganze Hotel ist einfach super! Das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Liegen am Pool bequem, genügend Handtücher am Pool, das Essen sehr lecker, die Cocktails auch. Der Bungalow hat eine tolle Größe, das Bett war fantastisch, due Minibar ist mit dabei. Abends bekommt man ein Keks aufs Bett und morgens steht ein Picknickkorb mit Kaffe und etwas Kuchen auf der Terrasse, bevor man zum Frühstück geht. Die Ausflüge sind toll und gut organisiert. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen hier Urlaub zu verbringen.

Cons:

Wir haben nur einen Kritikpunkt. Es läuft leider den ganzen Tag jemand mit einem Laubbläser durch die Anlage. Das ist sehr laut und nimmt einem bissle die Ruhe.

Our stay was fantastic and a special time that we really will remember for many years to come
Pros:

You are a guest but looked after as somebody that they really care for. Nothing is a problem or an issue and the staff really takes good care of you and issues are solved. During our stay it was St Valentine and the hotel made it really special.

Hermoso hotel en el medio de la selva.
Pros:

Muy lindo hotel en el medio de la selva. Las habitaciones son muy generosas y con aire acondicionado, fundamental para los dias de calor. Tiene una terraza hermosa para sentarse a leer. El baño es basico pero grande y todo funciona. No tiene televisor, perono hace falta en esa ubicacione. Todas las comidas deliciosas. Te arman las actividades para recorrer la zona y estan muy bien.

Cons:

La verdad es que todo fue perfeto.

FUN STAY IN KOHULNICH
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is extremely attentive, really good food an drinks, and the best are the planned activities, the guides are excellent. The bed was comfortable, and the whole property very clean.
The only downside is that the rooms are in serious need of updating.

Fantastico posto in mezzo alla giungla. Relax totale.
Pros:

Posizione stupenda, inmezzo alla foresta sembra di essere fuori dal mondo. Struttura con tutte le comodità, piscina, SPA ecc. Ristorante bellissimo open space sulla jungla

Cons:

Unica nota negativa la colazione che è à la carte e quindi un pò limitata se si è abituati averla a buffet. Inoltre nota per la direzione, se offrite come benvenuto un ottimo biscotto, datene due e non solo uno in una coamera da due persone. Ma questo non fa modificare il giudizio molto positivo della struttura.

Tutto incredibile, Dal servizio alla struttura. Particolare nota di merito per le escursioni organizzate: caratteristiche, ben studiate e lontane dal turismo di massa. Super consigliato

La limpieza , en general, muy buena.
