Hotel très bien placé avec une marge de progression.
Pros:

l'emplacement en proximité de tout et du centre. Excellent service convivial, chaleureux et très efficace du petit déjeuner. chambre très bien insonorisée

Cons:

La douche doit être réparée, la porte ne tient pas et grosse accumulation de tartre. La télévision ne propose que des chaines italienne, rien en anglais ni français .

Un buen hotel bien ubicado con deficiencias de servicio y desayuno excelente
Cons:

El frigobar no funcionaba, el aire no se podía regular y no pudieron arreglarlo. No hubo reposición de artículos de higiene ni toallas.

Gute Lage, aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal und ein gutes Frühstück. Da wir vor dem Frühstück losfahren mussten, haben wir sogar Frühstückstüten mitbekommen, einfach toll!

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten sauberer sein. Beim Check-in wurden zudem sehr unangemessene und persönliche Fragen über das Verhältnis der Gäste gestellt – solche Fragen sind völlig unangebracht.

Außerdem gab es Schimmel im Badezimmer und an der Decke vor dem Zimmer, den wir leider erst am letzten Abend bemerkten. Hätten wir ihn früher entdeckt, hätten wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Heiserkeit bestand bei uns bereits ab dem ersten Tag, weshalb wir uns gefragt haben, ob der Schimmel möglicherweise die Ursache dafür war.

Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf bei Sauberkeit und Hygiene.

La ubicación, 10 minutos a pie de Milano Centrale y a 100 mts de una estación de metro. Muchos restaurantes cerca, así también comercios. La habitación bien y cómoda y el desayuno variado.

Cons:

La ducha, al no haber mampara, se mojaba todo el baño. Aunque se secaba rápido.

Perfecte locatie nabij metro Lima. Mooie kamer, comfortabel, uitgebreid ontbijt.

Destaco por sobre todo la atención del personal y buena predisposición desde el momento que pise el hotel. Lamento haber solo pasado una noche,el hotel era bellísimo,muy moderno,muy bien ubicado, espacioso. Está muy cerca de la estación central y de locales comerciales. Volvería sin dudas, recomiendo 100%
