The location is great. On a quiet street but only a block away from a subway station. The breakfast was good but the staff serving and making breakfast were outstanding, friendly and accommodating.
You have to step up to get into the bathroom, kind of a trip hazard if you go at night and forget to turn the light on. The bathtub shower was very slippery and no bathmat in sight so I had to throw the bath towel into the tub to keep from slipping. Also, the bathroom emitted a rather foul odor at times which made me question if the hotel had plumbing issues.

The breakfast is simple with a variety to hold you for the morning. The staff serves the coffee selections. If you looking for actual fruit, there is none. There is sliced up selection of fruit different daily. The neighborhood overall is quiet, few restaurants, ice cream shop, bar in very close proximity, after bar hours, the block becomes quiet. There is a balcony in the bathroom! Windows and balcony can open, breath fresh air but there is no mesh, so be careful of bugs.
There is a touch screen wall panel to control lights and something else, no description, would be better if there is a description on it. There are barely any hooks on walls or line dry to hang dry clothes.
