Great value stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

Great night view of the Cosmo Clock and fantastic location close to Sakuragicho Station.

Cons:

It was all good. Entry to the hotel is from Level 5 of the Cross Gate building.

Pros:

チェックイン時も、チェックアウト時、ちょっと躊躇していましたら直ぐ助けて頂けました。

Cons:

室内の案内書には3泊目まで室内清掃はなく、タオル交換のとみと有ったのでドア外に使用済みのタオル等を出し、ちょっと昼食に出て部屋に戻りましたら完全清掃をしてくれていました。私の誤解だったのでしょうか？これは悪かったとは言えませんが。

テレビのコントローラの使い勝ってが良くありませんでした。私の84才の高齢も在るかも？

Comfortable, convenient and good view facing ferris wheel
Pros:

Very convenient location near train station, air cabin station, malls, and restaurants. All amenities available at lobby. Have slippers and pyjamas in the room.

Cons:

No water provided at all. Tv information only in japanese. The layout of room difficult to fit 2x23" Luggages.

Great Location / Outstanding Breakfast / Amazing Price
Pros:

Honestly, this is an absolute Gem right next to Sakuragicho Station in Downtown Yokohama -- a short 15 min. walk from ALL MAJOR Attractions in Yokohama -- Minato Mirai, Red Brick, Landmark Tower, and all Restaurants & Shops -- and yet, it was also a very reasonable price and included an Outstanding Buffet Breakfast including fresh Tuna from Misaki and specialty items from ALL OVER JAPAN. During this stay, they had items from Kumamoto including Karashi Renkon (Mustard Lotus) -- I had to search in Kumamoto to find this unique local item, and yet here it was amongst some of the best Western and Japanese Breakfast items I've ever eaten -- the Check-in process for an American living in Japan was smooth and the staff was very friendly -- like I said -- A GEM!
