Schönes Hotel, aber gescheiterter Service
Pros:

Schönes Haus! Die Zimmereinrichtung ist zwar kitschig-geschmacklos in meinen Augen, aber insgesamt ein angenehmer Ort zum Schlafen.

Cons:

Ich war nun schon das viertel Mal innerhalb zwei oder drei Jahren hier zu Gast, wurde diesmal aber sehr enttäuscht aufgrund des mehr als mangelhaften Service des Personals.
Während die letzten Male eine sehr nette, zuvorkommend Dame an der Rezeption war, waren es diesmal ausschließlich Männer, die deutlich weniger freundlich waren.
Aufgrund eines Missverständnisses mit der Frühstücksrechnung wurde ich von einem der Männer sogar in einer fremden Sprache leise beschimpft. Das ist höchst unprofessionell.
Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht wieder aufsuchen und auch meinen Freunden und Gästen künftig andere Alternativen empfehlen.

Die Lage ist super, man hat viel Platz, für Familie geeignet.

Cons:

Es war nicht gereinigt als wir ankamen. War sehr stickig, lässt sich schlecht lüften, da man die Fenster nicht geöffnet lassen kann. Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, Bild total verpixelt. Küchenausstattung mager.

Freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Bettkasten im Zimmer ist so sehr verschrammt, der Stoff des Sessels ist beschädigt, der Duschvorhang hat sehr auffällige, unappetitliche Flecken, die Tapete im Bad löst sich, ein Silberfischchen krabbelte zur Begrüßung über den Tisch im Zimmer. Alles in allem sehr abgewohntes Ambiente, das dringend renovierungsbedürftig scheint. Frühstück sah lecker aus, aber für 22,50 € schien es mir echt überteuert, so dass ich zu einer nahegelegenen französischen Bäckerei ging.
