Friendly and helpful staff, smooth and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect for getting around Tokyo. It is across the parking lot from the Kokusai-Tenjijō Railway Station with the Rinkai Line or the Ariake Station at the corner if you want to use the Yurikamome line to easily get to different parts of Tokyo. There is a taxi stand and bus terminal if you are trying to get to the airport and don't want to take the train and monorail. After weeks of traveling, I appreciated being in a part of the city that wasn't too loud, but still accessible without needing to spend a lot of money on taxis. The staff were incredible and quick to provide anything I asked for. The hotel was clean with great services and ample amenities. I really enjoyed the face mask and bubble bath offered at the amenity bar and in room massages can be very needed after a long day of exploring.

Cons:

Give yourself plenty of time for breakfast. It is very popular and there can be a long line to get in. Depending on when you go, food can run low and then you have to wait for staff to refill trays. If you allow yourself time, it is a very enjoyable experience.

I will not choose this hotel ever again. Becuase it’s not vacation friendly
Pros:

It was in a business section and too far for vacation things.

Cons:

The area for the rate I payed was like a ghost town and how I had to go out to road to look for taxi. I asked the hotel staff to help me call a taxi but they said I had to call myself. The pillows were flat and just the area was secluded

しっかり掃除して
Pros:

アメニティが豊富。ボディータオルも柔らかく伸びる物で使いやすい。
夜遅くのクレーム対応にスタッフが丁寧だった。

Cons:

ホコリの多さと布団の間から自分のではない長い髪の毛が数本見つかる。
ホコリが多かったため２日目の朝に清掃を依頼するマグネットをドアに貼って出かけたが、テーブルや棚のホコリは増えているし、フローリングの床にも髪の毛が数本と食べてないカラカラのご飯粒が落ちてる。
コーヒーカップやガラスのコップが裏返して置いてあるトレー全体にホコリはあるし、前の客が使った後のコップから垂れた水分の後が残ってるため拭いたら綺麗になった。いい加減な掃除にゾッとした。使ったコーヒーカップが汚れたまま置いてあり、新しいコップも無かった。色々なホテルを利用してるが初めてだった。
レストランでは、洗って置かれた皿やコップの中に汚れがついた物をいくつもみた。
衛生管理の甘さを感じた。
