Sehr freundlich das Personal, Frühstück kann auch Togo mit auf das Zimmer genommen werden. Essen im Hotelrestaurant sehr lecker.

Cons:

Liegen wurden von verschiedenen Gästen schon am Vortag ausreichend reserviert. Zum Beispiel der Herr mit besonderen Bart hat gleich 4 Liegen für 2 Personen reserviert. Einfach arrogant das Auftreten verschiedener Personen welche dachten das der Strand ihnen gehört.
Diese Leute haben es nicht einmal geschafft an andere Urlauber zu denken.

Bästa stranden i Khao Lak , överlägset bästa sängarna som jag har upplevt i Th.

Frukost fick man köpa på plats och

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem gewissen Charme

Ein sehr guter Service, Hotelanlage ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Wasser,Kaffee wird jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt. Wenn man ein Taxi benötigt hift die Rezeption. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt.
Hervorragend ist auch das jedes Zimmer einen Meerblick hat.
Natürlich ist es auch die gute Küche im Hotel. Wir haben dort mehrmals gegessen. Auch kann man sich früh mal schnell Rüherei usw. mit auf den Balkon nehmen wenn man nicht in der Gaststätte frühstücken will.

Das nichts durchs Personal unternommen wurde wenn gewisse Gäste gleich für 2 Personen 4 Liegen über eine Woche blockiert haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ein Gast mit einem auffälligen Schnurrbart . Der Strand könnte ab und zu mal ein wenig aufgeräumt werden.
Ich meine den Strand vor dem Hotel. Im Hotel war dagegen alles sehr gepflegt.

Gode senger, fin utsikt til solnedgang, mange solsenger og bra strand

Cons:

Noen av personalet i resepsjonen var ganske sure. Veldig dårlig service.
Restauranten hadde ikke den beste service og lang ventetid på mat.
Mange mange bratte trapper.
Gamle slitne rom. Rommene er store, men møblene er gamle, belysningen er dårlig og det er endel støv og mugg på veggene.
Ikke det beste renholdet på rommet. Fant søppel fra forrige beboer. Kunne også mangle handklær og toalettpapir etter renholdet hadde vært, men ikke alltid vi fikk det heller etter å spurt ha i resepsjonen.
Bassenget var skittent og virkert ikke som det ble rengjort, lå å fløt en mengde solkrem og insekter i det. Andre gjester sto ved kantene i bassenget for å kaste vann med gult skum ut av bassenget. Det ble heller ikke rengjort på bordene rundt solsengene. Kunne stå søppel (tomme ølbokser og fulle askebeger) fra andre gjester i flere dager.
Alt i alt kan vi ikke si vi anbefaler dette hotellet. Vi dro inn til Khao Lak nesten hver dag for middag, så det ble endel i taxi siden dette ligger et stykke unna.

Lokalita. Taxi ihned u hotelu u hlavní silnice, personál samý úsměv, ochotní, vstřícní, umístění hotelu naprosto dokonalé. Bydlely jsme se známou v přízemí, na konci chodby, pár cm od písečné pláže a lehátek a asi 5 metrů od masérny - naprosto dokonalé! Do moře kousíček...

Cons:

Vypadávající klimatizace byla poměrně peklo i po řešení personálu, ale o důvod víc to přijet znovu zase omrknout :-) určitě se chceme vrátit!

Zéro ambiance, personnel très froid ne dit même pas bonjour. Presque pas de cocktail, ne donne pas envie de passer la journée à l hôtel mais juste bien pour dormir.

A bargain hotel for the price, but I wouldn't stay there again

It was too far out of town. Far more than the 20 minute walk that a lot of people have said on your website. You would need to get a taxi there and back.
