Frühstück war nicht vielfältig genug.
Ärgerlich war, dass wir auch einen Balkon gebucht hatten, den wir aber wegen ausstehender Reparaturarbeiten nicht benutzen konnten. Unser Wunsch, ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, konnte nicht erfüllt, aber besonders irritierend war, dass uns hinsichtlich des Balkons mitgeteilt wurde, dass ein Balkon trotz Buchung nicht garantiert werden könne.

Pros:

Location is excellent, right at the base of the resort village and with access to everything. Breakfast is available downstairs with plenty of coffee, pastries, bread/bagels, cereal, and a small cold bar.

Hotel was great, and the location is amazing - very close to the Cabriolet gondola, all the restaurants, and the lake. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing after a day out. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen, which was very convenient if you wanted to make something to eat or have a drink.

Cons:

It was quite loud in the evenings, especially on the weekends, as the music from the neighboring places went on until midnight. Also, our room was a bit dark throughout the day since it was facing the back of the building.

A good summer trip with family.
Pros:

Room space was good and it was quiet. Kitchen stools and equipments were complete and in a good shape. The balcony was in a good size and the view was great. The bathroom and specifically the shower head was really good. Having coffee access for all time was a good thing to mention.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better containing some hot options. The pool hours of operation was very limited.
