Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, suite bien aménagée, propreté, spa et piscine

Cons:

Matelas pas très confortable lors de notre dernier séjour, avant nous n'avions pas eu ce problème. Déjeuner sec et/ou trop cuit, peu de choix.

Excellent location, supporting staff. Worth the money.
Pros:

Excellent location, very supportive staff. The room was well maintained and room service every morning.

Cons:

The beds are a bit uncomfortable but that could be because I am used to sleeping on a different mattress.

Pros:

L’hôtel est situé à quelques pas du centre de la station. La chambre était grande et très propre. Le petit déjeuner était complet. Un parking (payant) en sous‑sol est disponible si besoin. Le personnel était très aimable.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gemütlich, groß und sauber. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr groß, die Dusche barrierefrei und alles mit neuen Armaturen ausgestattet.
Ein kleiner Balkon mit 2 Stühlen war vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider grauenhaft. Wir waren Anfang Mai in der Nebensaison und es waren auch nur wenige Gäste im Hotel.
Es war ein Buffet, welches aber so gut wie nichts angeboten hat. Leider hat das das nette Hotel für uns abgewertet.
Auch die teure Tiefgarage für 25 CAD pro Tag fand ich negativ.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil qui nous ont offert une suite qui était disponible alors que nous étions arrivés plus tôt et que notre chambre n'était pas prête. La propreté, le confort, le déjeuner et la proximité avec les restos, boutiques et spectacle tout en étant un peu à l'écart, dans un secteur plus paisible.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé que les oreillers ne soient pas tous de la même épaisseur car je préfère un oreiller moins gros.

Séjour agréable et emplacement pratique.
Pros:

Belle grandeur de chambre. Tous les équipement nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Grande salle de bain et énorme bain. Chambre très bien insonorisée. La concierge était exceptionnelle et extrêmement avenante. Les personnes à l’accueil étaient toujours souriantes et aidantes.

Cons:

J’ai eu besoin d’aide pour l’utilisation de la cafetière. Je n’ai pas réussi à partir le foyer.
Le lit se fait vieux. Il creuse beaucoup dans le centre et les oreillers sont très inconfortables.
