Pros:

Location had a shuttle bus stop in front so it was eay access to the Canyon.

Cons:

We we scammed by a false WhatsApp message asking us to make a payment. It translated into $2000 in Hong Kong currency.
Internet research revealed numerous cases where it is suspected that an employee opened a phishing email that revealed future booking info. This allowed the scammers to send WhatsApp messages to those who booked via booking.com
No apologies from Bryce View.

Bona situació i esmorzar una mica pobre
Pros:

La mida de l'habitació no era gaire gran i estava en una primera planta sense ascensor, això dificultava l'accés per les escales amb les maletes.
L'esmorzar era molt pobre.
L'aparcament fantàstic i la situació a l'entrada del parc.

Cons:

S'hauria de millorar l'esmorzar i l'accés a les habitacions del primer pis.

Convenient to park but not a good value. Very expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Good location for visiting Bryce Canyon, this was the only positive.

Cons:

The ice machine in our building did not work and we had to walk over to another building to get ice.

Convenient stay for Bryce Canyon
Pros:

Close to the park entrance. The free breakfast was decent. Restaurants were walking distance from hotel.

Cons:

Check in staff were extremely rude at the lodge reception. Rooms are very dated and super noisey, could hear every movement from the room above. Not enough towels, book for 4 people and receive 2. Breakfast was horrible. Confusion on the whole complex, not sure why the 3 hotels aren't just independent, running on the old name gives Ruby's Inn a bad reputation. Advertising photos are very mis leading, especially saying it has a pool!!! It does but it's part of the other Hotel, more of a drive away than a walk.
