Decent place but with rude old lady receptionist

Staff behavior- lacked politeness and friendliness, especially the lady at the reception and speaking over the phone was rude. They also charged security deposit for my room twice from two different credit cards stating that one of the card doesn’t work, only to find later that both cards are charged. I called them and came to know that the reception lady has no answer to it. I am now disputing the charge from one of the cards.
