Il letto, i cuscini, la televisione, la bottiglia d'acqua riutilizzabile in camera e il distributore d'acqua in corridoio, l'aria condizionata era regolabile e funzionava a meraviglia

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiterin welche am Empfang Dienst hatte war extrem inkompetent und komplett überfordert. Uns wurde eine falsche Adresse (11 Rue d’Hanoi) für das Parking angegeben, welche uns auf den Innenhof von einem Spital führte (via Google-Maps). Ausserdem konnte unsere bestätigte Reservation nicht gefunden werden und wir konnten erst nach ca. 30 Minuten einchecken. Schulungen für Gästebeschwerden müssen unbedingt gemacht werden.

Estava com o meu cachorro e mesmo apos o aviso de que ele era docil e calmo, a limpeza do quarto não foi feita

colazione abbondante e curata...pulizia della camera considerando che c'è la moquette..sei a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro o vicino alla metro

la zona essendo leggermente periferica fuori l'hotel è frequentata da brutta gente..perfino il barbone che dormiva fuori davanti hotel...considerando la zona non centralissima al rientro di sera non c'era nessuno alla reception e le porte erano aperte dove poteva entrare chiunque...solo per questo motivo non ci verrei più
