Not a good experience
Pros:

Room basic but clean small shower and toilet seperate but the sink was in the main bedroom curtains woukd not meet in the middle so street lights shining in Dining room not run properly and the food was terrible they need a good chef in the kitchen food undercooked watery veg served on a cold plate not a good experience or value for money bedrooms not as shown on website

Pros:

Location and free parking

Cons:

The windows are paper thin for sound isolation. At 1am all the youngsters are passing by from the near by club to the next one (which is next to the hotel). Its extremely loud! I asked the receptionist to give me another room that is not looking towards the main rood, but without success.
I barely slept whole night, next day I had to drive for 4 hours.
Breakfast was as bad as the place.
I will never ever come back.

We had expected better.
Pros:

Our room was very good .

Cons:

The extremely long distance upstairs and downstairs a couple of times, with no clear instructions, to reach our room. The young staff appeared uncertain of their roles and disgruntled. However 2 of the older staff were very helpful and help us with bringing clean towels and supplies when our room wasn’t serviced and explaining clearly how to get to the room.

Pros:

Dog friendly location on the NC500 route.

Cons:

Found out not very dog friendly when we arrived. Only bar can accommodate you and no pets with you at breakfast. Leave them in room or take it turns to have breakfast. Not ideal.

Pros:

Wasn't easy to park, no lift ,im an amputee, thought i was getting a bath , but was a shower ,and was on top floor , had to ask to be moved which they did go out there way to help

Kamer oke, diner en ontbijt zeer matig

Comfortabele kamer en heerlijke badkamer

Cons:

Het personeel tijdens het diner liep er ongeïnteresseerd bij.
De vegaburgers op broodje met 1 tomaat en 1 blaadje sla.
Geen Sauze of iets dergelijks. Erg karig belegd.
Frite ook zonder Sauze.
De pizza magagrieta was wel oké.

Personeel tijdens het ontbijt.
Het was rommelig in de eetzaal.
We bestelden geen vol ontbijt omdat dat voor ons vegetariërs niet oké is.
Cornflakes met melk, fruit en jams, toast en sap waren oké.
De vraag om het theezakje niet in de theepot te doen maar ernaast te leggen werd niet begrepen.

Zweckmässig - aber alles sehr alt. Preis / Leistung passt.

Cons:

Sehr junges und eher überfordertes Personal - vielleicht auch einfach ohne gute Führung… Essen maximal Durchschnitt, lieblos gekocht. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte deutlich mehr erreicht werden!

Gute Lage für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Hotel war ruhig! Zimmer einfach ausgestattet aber völlig ausreichend! Bett war sehr bequem! Frühstück hatten wir nur vom Buffet, hätte aber auch Englisch Breakfast gegeben!

Don’t waste your money
Pros:

The only two good things about this place was the shower was hot and good pressure and the beer was cold!

Cons:

The lack of enthusiasm from the staff.. they didn’t care. This place has undergone a refurbishment, I am afraid I don’t see it!!! Don’t waist your money avoid this place.
