Pros:

Our room was fantastic, lovely and clean, close to the pool

Cons:

I have stayed at a lot of different resorts in Bali and this was the first time that staff were not particularly friendly.

Goede locatie aan het strand en centrum Sanur, behulpzaam personeel, fijne ligbedjes en heerlijk bed!

Very,very good and will stay there again.
Pros:

The pools were all very clean and centrally situated in relation to accommodation with the beach on the doorstep. the location is excellent on the boardwalk and close to the Icon Mall.

Cons:

Maybe a bit stricter control with kids around the pools i.e. diving and bombing when there are signs not to do so.

Relaxing beautiful grounds, great location will be back to try that new swim up bar
Pros:

Lovely Balinese feel, this property is beautiful and exceptionally clean
Wonderful beach beds at front of hotel, and pools were clean. Breakfast was great and wonderful service, would definitely stay again

Cons:

Renovations on front pool so no swim up bar however was minimal noise, will need to go back as it will certainly be impressive once completed

Just a great resort we will be back.
Pros:

A beautifully appointed resort with traditional features and amazing staff.We just loved it. The best place we have stayed in all our visits to Bali.

Overall it wasnt a bad stay but i wouldn't stay here again. It was at price point for what we got.
Pros:

The front pool is lovely, however renovations were being undertaken so there was no pool bar. We knew this before we booked and really didnt impact our time around the pool. The location is great, walking distance to most things.

Cons:

The room had a sewage smell at times. The location of our rooms was not great, right outside the temporary breakfast area. Most mornings we were woken to the cooking smells.
