Room smelt like moth balls. I didn’t say anything as I thought the smell would fade. It didn’t.

Cons:

At first they put me in an upstairs room facing a wall. I had booked a garden view room. I was upset, but they managed to put me in a lovely ground floor room opposite the pool

Fantastisch en relaxed.
Pros:

de kamer, het ontbijt, het strand, de ontvangst. Alles rustig en vriendelijk. Heerlijke bedden, moderne badkamer, lekker ligstoelen op het strand.

Cons:

Niets. Het was jammer dat het restaurant verbouwd werd, want dat hadden we ook leuk gevonden.

It was good but not perfect.
Pros:

Good position, nice rooms good breakfast.

Cons:

The construction out the front, the noise was sometimes very annoying and we stayed 4 times in May and July and not even a free drink for compensation.

Pros:

Great rooms , gardens, pools, location and staff!

Cons:

People put towels on sunbeds at the start of the day for all day then hardly use them. Saw it all the time which makes it difficult for others. Food and drinks a little expensive with the surcharges.

Extremely happy we chose to stay here.

It was calm and clean. The staff were very friendly. Our room was up to date and spacious

The works in the front pool but there’s not much you can do about that except we weren’t told until the week were arriving

The choice of pools and beautiful landscape gardens. Access to chairs on the beach. Comfy bed. Adequate choice of breakfast options. Fantastic Central Sanur spot.

Die Anlage war abwechslungsreich angelegt.
Beim Check-in gab es ein Upgrade in die nächst höhere Kategorie.
Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. 15 Minuten nach Betreten des Zimmers folgte der Anruf mit Nachfragen, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit sei.
