Buen dia, no estoy de acuerdo que el desayuno no estuviese incluido porque compre porbooking, o eso me dijeron. En la mayoria de restaurantes eso es indiferente.

We were allowed to use the pool before getting the room. The location is okay.

Cons:

The AC did not work during one night...The room was hot and it was difficult to sleep. One of the lamps of the room didn't work.
The rooms need renovation specially in the bathroom. Do not pay extra to have a bath, it is not worth it. The faucet in the bathroom did not work properly, and the water pressure was very weak.

El personal muy atento a todas las necesidades, incluso tuvieron el lindo gesto de recordar mi cumpleaños. Servicios variados en el hotel, para todos los gustos. La comida excelente. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras. La ubicación es ideal para descansar y visitar diferentes lugares. Vistas del mar inolvidables. Muy recomendado.

Cons:

Tienen dificultades con los datafone para el cobro con tarjetas. Aunque el personal buscó soluciones para resolver el problema.

El hotel que siempre repito al pensar en Cartagena

Es la cuarta vez que visito el hotel y siempre se mantiene maravilloso. El servicio es excelente, el desayuno es delicioso, la ubicación es genial y las instalaciones son muy cómodas.
