Nosso quarto teve um pequeno problema no banheiro de vazamento, comunicamos a recepção e eles nos trocaram de quarto resolvendo o problema. Mas nada que tenha afetado a nossa estadia

El Desayuno variado, la limpieza y La cordialidad de los botones

La falta de información y mala atención de la recepción en vez de brindar y ofrecer todo lo que tiene el hotel te informan a detalle todas las restricciones y los costos en caso de incumplir y te dejan a tu suerte a que conozcas el hotel para el precio ni el frigobar tenía nada para poder disponer con costo
