COBROS NO AUTORIZADOS Y EVACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR PARTE DEL HOTEL

Nos realizaron el cobro del hospedaje el día que llegamos en el mes de abril y más de un mes después por razones que desconocemos el hotel realizó un nuevo cobro y un reverso en la tarjeta sin ninguna autorización de nuestra parte, hasta el momento Fabio Vásquez Alcala no ha dado una explicación válida de porque están realizando estos movimientos, y no se están haciendo responsables de cubrir los sobrecostos que generaron estos movimientos no autorizados e innecesarios, ya que la cuenta del hotel había sido liquidada desde hace más de un mes, cabe mencionar que el servicio al cliente es pésimo y lento, me he tenido que estar comunicando innumerable cantidad de veces y no han solucionado el problema que ellos mismos generaron. NO SE HOSPEDEN EN ESTA CADENA, hay mejores opciones de Colombia.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son silenciosas logras descansar, la habitación súper cómoda. El desayuno es variado y delicioso. La cercanía al centro también es buena, en lo particular me transporté en taxi y las carreras no eran nada costosas.

Cons:

Las TV no son smart tv solo cable nacional, quizá puedan dar esa opción a los huéspedes de seleccionar TV clásicas o smart tv. Afortunadamente, lleve mi laptop así que pude ver mi serie sin problemas porque el internet es bueno.
