The location & the cleanliness
The fact the put a little girl in a wheel chair who spends her time on the floor in the basement and she was frozen .... we had to go buy rugs & a heather to try and keep her warm
And we ordered from the kitchen and out tacos were so dry they were burnt and didn't do a thing for us

Taxi from airport cost $32 by meter but fixed rate of $42. On a loser here and driver still expects tip.
Something I didn't budget for was the $100 hold on my card for any expenses, took 30 days to return to available balance.

Location! Location! Location!
Front parking spaces angle to the right but you have to turn left when leaving. If changed to the opposite you would have a problem going in. I think they should be square with the building.

Close to the hospital and mall , staff are great
Walls are paper thin , woke up multiple times by doors slamming g people in tv halls talking all hours of the night . Mattresses are terribly uncomfortable
The bed was very comfortable and the washroom very clean.
The hotel is in badly need of renovations and update. We were in a junior suite but in effect it was one large room, i.e. you couldn't watch TV without disturbing your partner in bed.
The heating in the room was less than adequate.
The room is on the ground floor and as such the floor was cold, you needed slippers to walk around.
