The washrooms had water leakage issues. The lack of proper ventilation was also disappointing. Overall, the facilities did not meet the standards or expectations one would associate with the Taj brand.

Le manque d’écoute du personnel de la réception et de leur responsable était désolant. L’hôtel n’a pas respecté la commande (un grand lit) et, malgré la communication du justificatif Booking, a prétendu que nous avions demandé deux lits. L’ « erreur », selon l’hôtel, était due à Booking. Aucun geste commercial n’a été consenti pour compenser. Il est est vrai que l’hôtel était bien rempli et que deux particuliers n’avaient pas d’importance aux yeux desdits responsables. Par ailleurs, la taille de la chambre (sorte de couloir surencombré) ne correspondait pas à l’annonce sur Booking. Le Taj Varanasi se veut un palace mais le service n’est pas du tout à la hauteur… contrairement au prix.

Beautiful property and having close to nature
Divyadeep at bar made the evening really special he was friendly, professional and attentive throughout and suggested some excellent drinks and made great recommendations based on our taste and has good knowledge about wine he made my experience even better. truly a great bartender and credit to the bar as well
