部屋にありが大量発生していて何度か言ったが部屋がfullと言われて変えてももらえず対策もしてもらえずでした。
スタッフの対応が人によりばらつきがありよくなかった

The room was big and comfortable. The food was good. Staff was very friendly. Lots of cocktail and alcohol choices. The 3 restaurants were good too.

Cons:

Mosquitos in the room. Extra charge for parking and beach beds. No espresso machine in room. No night turndown service.

Het personeel, het eten, de zwembad en de fijne bedden. De airco was ook heel fijn.

Después de pagar casi 1.000€ la noche te intentan vender a la fuerza una game boy de 37 euros.
Pros:

Varias piscinas, la climatización de la habitación funcionaba muy bien, los shows de animación muy buenos. La comida bastante buena aunque falta reposición y las cosas buenas solo las hacen bajo demanda para que no pidas, por ejemplo el salmón a la plancha o similares... prefieren que comas pizza o pasta...

Cons:

Nos intentaron cobrar 4 veces una gameboy que dejan en la habitación para hacer upselling... al ser una familia con niños pequeños tuvimos que esconder la gameboy en el armario... pues lo explicamos 4 veces en rececpión y aún así nos querían cobrar la Game Boy, la última chica que me atendio al hacer el checkout muy borde al informarle de que ya había avisado 3 veces antes de esta situación en recepción

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh dishes every day. The all-inclusive service was excellent, offering plenty of food and drinks throughout the day. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall service was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday, and we would definitely love to come back!
