Ottimo, ci tornerei
Pros:

Belle piscine, ottima varietà di cibo nei ristoranti, spettacoli serali piacevoli. Presenza di nuova palestra, campi da tennis, basket e calcetto (no padel). All inclusive valido con bar principale aperto h24 con pizze, hamburgers, cocktails. Comodo soprattutto per chi sta con bambini piccoli. Camere belle con refill quotidiano del mini frigo. Possibilità di scegliere due ristoranti per cena alla carta previa prenotazione con app.

Cons:

Il parcheggio è a pagamento (15e al giorno), è possibile parcheggiare fuori l'hotel con i rischi annessi se hai noleggiato un'auto. Essendo attaccato all'aeroporto è fastidioso il costante rumore degli aerei in arrivo o partenza poichè passano a pochi metri. La spiaggia antistante è quella di playa d'en bossa pochè consiglio di spostarsi con una macchina per trovare spiagge o cale migliori

The best hotel in Ibiza.
Pros:

Awesome team and great hotel. Iv'e been in number of hotels in Ibiza and this was the best.

Cons:

They charged me for game box i didnt touch or even was aware of, but after speaking with them they refunded the charge. Great customer service and hotel. 10/10.

Fantastic trip
Pros:

Fantastic facilities and really clean our bed was amazing, absolutely huge and I had the greatest sleep

Cons:

I’m a vegan and I just thought my choices felt really limited at meal times and in the al la carte restaurants sometimes there was nothing on the menu for me and no cakes in the coffee shop.

Should have been better
Pros:

Location and facilities were very good. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from although booking for the Mexican and Italian is limited. Spa is very expensive!
The beach outside the rear gate is public, if you want to use it, it will cost 45 euro for two beds and parasol per day. Many guest were caught out by this, and never explained by the check in staff. On the whole the staff were excellent apart from house keeping! Ibiza old town is only 12/15 mins by taxi and worth a trip.

Cons:

We had cause to complain every single day as Housekeeping had failed to leave something in the room, from water to tea to milk.
TV in English is hit and miss, we found unplugging it reset it fine. One tiny carton of milk per guest per day is stingy for a 5 star resort.
If you need to use the guest room to shower and change for your flight after check out, you won’t enjoy the box room which is like a sauna! The shower was broken so we were sent communal changing rooms in the spa. This was a major let down for our stay!
