El lugar está cerca de muchas discotecas por lo que es mas un lugar para jovenes que para familias.
Pros:

Nada en absoluto, no es un hotel de 5 estrellas como lo anuncian en booking. Pagamos 1000 euros la noche por una habitacion mirando a la piscina. EL mobiliario parece de cualquier airbnb barato de ibiza. el detalle de los amenities, todo de un hotel de bajo presupuesto. Es una verdadera estafa. El personal, mal educado, prepotente. Una de las peores experiencias de mi vida.

Cons:

La comida en los restaurantes era siempre la misma mostrada de otra forma. La calidad del resort es mas de un hotel 3 estrellas tirando para abajo. La playa que está cerca está bien, no es wow Ibiza tiene mejores, nisiquiera tiene sillas de playa para los huéspedes. El estado de las areas comunes, muy descuidado. No hay personal en la piscina mas que un mozo y un bañero obeso que no podria ayudar a nadie.

Die Lage des Hotels und die Tatsache dass man keinen Cent zusätzlich aufwenden muss bei All Inclusive machen das Hotel a
Pros:

Lage, Lage, Lage. Gerade die Nähe zum Ushuaia hat uns überzeugt. Bei den Getränkepreisen im Ushuaia lädt das Hotel zum Vortrinken und anschließend weiterziehen ein!
Die Qualität des Essens war gut. Ambiente durch das teilweise unterirdische Publikum zerstört.
Bestes Essen gab es im beachrestaurant (Paella am Nachmittag)
Das Zimmermädchen war sehr nett und hat nachdem wir ihr täglich Trinkgeld gegeben haben das Zimmer zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gereinigt.

Cons:

Überwiegend engländisches Publikum, welches uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Teilweise hat sich das Spanische/Einheimische Publikum extrem unangenehm benommen. Besonders deren Kinder waren oft unerzogen und durften quasi machen was sie wollten. Vor allem im Restaurant war das extrem störend. Ich habe kein Problem mit den Kindern, eher mit den dazugehörigen Eltern, welche nichts sagten als Kinder herumrannten im Speisesaal und extrem laut waren. Ebenfalls hat mich gestört dass oft die Teenager der Familien ihre Füßen auf dem Tisch liegen hatten, vor allem an der Sports Bar. Es war teilweise einfach nur widerlich wie manches Publikum sich benommen hat.
Die Teller in den Restaurants waren sehr oft dreckig und man musste lange nach einem sauberen Teller suchen. Selbiges gilt für das Besteck.
Der Speisesaal hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und ist teils schmuddelig und abgewohnt.
Ich war vor 8 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel und muss sagen dass die Zeit ihre Spuren hinterlassen hat. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr schlecht mittlerweile, aber man zahlt eben die Lage!
Mitarbeiter vor allem in der Sportsbar sehr unmotiviert.
In den a-la-Card Restaurants war der Service definitiv besser. Pool teils dreckig und voll mit Bechern aus den Poolbars.
Bademeister ermahnen kaum bis selten die Kinder, sodass allein während unserer 5tägigen Anwesenheit mehrere Unfälle passierten.

Estremamente confortevole, punto forte la paninoteca con il bar sport aperto h24 e poi un giardino di biodiversità mediterranea enorme stupendooo!!

Cons:

Animazione poco presente con i bambini anche se il limite vero era perché mia figlia parlava solo i Talaia o e purtroppo l unica pecca è che sono in pochi in tutta la struttura del personale a parlarlo.. con le lingue abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà ma. Sempre superata con sorrisi e gesti compiacenti.

Great family hotel with excellent pools and food, but misleading poolside rooms.
Pros:

The pools were excellent for kids – a lovely temperature and never too busy, so there was always plenty of space to enjoy them.

The buffet restaurant was also well organised, with a great choice of food and it never felt overcrowded, even at busy times.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the family, and were conveniently located within the hotel, with the pools, bars and restaurants all just a short walk away.

Cons:

We booked poolside rooms based on the photos shown on the hotel website, expecting to be able to see and access the pool directly from our terrace. Unfortunately, the photos appear to represent only a small number of rooms. Our room, along with the entire building we were staying in, had neither a view of the pool nor direct access to it. This was disappointing and felt quite misleading compared with what was advertised, hotel did offer to find different rooms the next day but couldn't guarantee they would be close to each other.

There were also plenty of mosquitoes, which we hadn't expected. While this is obviously something the hotel can't entirely control, it was surprising that the on-site shop didn't stock any mosquito repellent or bite cream.
Cleanliness in the communal areas could also have been much better. The carpets outside our room were visibly dirty and didn't appear to have been vacuumed for several days.

Výnimočný personál: Skvelý, nadpriemerne milý a ochotný prístup.
Poloha a dostupnosť: Blízkosť letiska – cesta taxíkom trvá len cca 10 minút.
Bazény a bary: Príjemne teplá voda v bazénoch a rýchly servis na baroch bez čakania v radoch na drinky.
Gastronómia: Skvelé jedlo celkovo a vynikajúce reštaurácie v rámci programu All Inclusive.

Cons:

Fitness centrum: Malé priestory, ktoré bývajú v ranných hodinách preplnené.
Hluk z lietadiel: Z dôvodu blízkosti letiska preletí nad hotelom lietadlo približne každých 10 minút.
Plážový servis: Nedostatok ležadiel na pláži, prípadne sú dostupné len za poplatok (cca 45 €/deň).
Detsky bazén odstrčený pomerne daleko od ostatných bazénov
