Hotel je vybavený pre pobyt, keď niekto potrebuje vypnúť, dobré je, že sa tu myslí aj na deti. Doporučujem najmä pre deti v predškolskom veku, Bohaté raňajky aj obed, večere je možné objednať formou ala card v 3 reštauráciach, doporučujem mediteránsku a taliansku. Mimoriadne milí personál.
Toaletný papier, Pri 5 hviezdičkách by mohol byť trojvrstvový. A na toaletách by mohli byť papierové utierky na utretie rúk.
We liked the spacious hotel, the large number of pools, the convenient location, and the bars available throughout the resort. Having food available 24/7 was also very convenient, as we didn’t have to plan our day around meal times. The animation team was good, and the evening shows were truly impressive and one of the highlights of our stay.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations of a 5-star hotel. The attitude of some staff was disappointing, and the rooms do not reflect the standard or quality expected from a 5-star property.
The biggest disappointment was the way our birthday celebration was handled. My partner wanted to surprise me, so he went to reception the evening before my birthday to ask what could be arranged and how he could organise something special. He was simply told that they could not help and that it was too late to make any arrangements. No alternative, contact or solution was offered. The following day, when we tried to order a bottle of champagne to the room ourselves, we were repeatedly redirected to an automated service and could not get any proper assistance.
Eventually, as we were leaving the hotel, a complimentary bottle of champagne was delivered — which was a nice gesture, but unfortunately it was already too late and the moment had passed. This situation genuinely affected the mood of what was supposed to be a special birthday and, in our opinion, was far below the level of service expected from a 5-star hotel.
The food was also quite repetitive and very hit-or-miss in terms of taste, with no real “wow” factor. We received very little information at check-in about the à la carte restaurants, bar opening hours and what was included. For example, we were not informed that drinks from the 24-hour bar at certain times would be charged separately, which resulted in unexpected costs.
