Das Hotel bietet eine weitläufige und gut ausgestattete Anlage mit zwei großen und einem Baby Pool. Gut war definitiv das Essen für ein Buffet. Es gibt auch a la Carte Restaurants, die ebenfalls gut waren. Wer gerne eine kurze Anreise vom Flughafen möchte ist hier ganz richtig, muss aber mit Fluglärm rechnen.
Grundsätzlich hat das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt. Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel war der Zustand der Zimmer und der kompletten Anlage nicht standesgemäß. Vieles war bereits abgegriffen und abgenutzt, obwohl die Anlage anscheinend 2023 bereits renoviert worden sei. Ebenfalls mussten wir uns mehrere Male über die Sauberkeit und Hygiene beschweren, woraufhin erst bei der 3. Beschwerde Besserung einkehrte - ein absolutes no-go für ein 5-Sterne Hotel. Ebenso wurde hier mit einem Spa-Bereich und Innenpools geworben. Vorort musste man hierfür aber 35 Euro für 2h Zahlen. Kinder waren im Spa-Beriech auch nicht erwünscht.
Im Badezimmer hat es leider aus dem Abfluss gestunken. Als Abhilfe steckte lediglich ein Duftspray in der Steckdose.
Not much.
Terrible room, all Sea view rooms are mostly not Sea View. We had a room that backed off to a very noise restaurant which made noise until late. Rooms were also very cold, with no way of heating them. Crammed with so much furniture that the space is quite limited in the rooms. Room service menu was extremely limited.
We were looking for a family friendly hotel for a baby and toddler with all the frills. The Grand Palladium Select Plaza delivered! Staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms beautiful, plenty of amenities, great food in the buffets.
The kids club was amazing for our little girl, with plenty of varied activities! Claudia, Rocio, and Guadalupe were so helpful and kind, taking our daughter for an extra session when I fell ill to help us out.
As above, I was sick during our stay and the hotel went out of their way to make sure I was alright during and afterwards - from arranging the doctor, to a welcome back gift in our room, and a hotel transfer. Guest services really were kind to keep checking in and seeing if we needed anything.
I was already going to recommend this hotel to all my family and friends but now the endorsement is even stronger.

-A playground on the grounds that you can access outside of the kids club would be great.
-À la carte restaurant food is just okay.
-Pools were cold - one heated pool would be great for the shoulder seasons.

La qualité du service du personnel, leur attention et gentillesse. Que se soit au niveau des chambres ou au service du restaurant La Sal. Très bonne nourriture variée malgré le nombre de personne que peut compter l’hôtel, des plats différents chaque jour, très bon!

We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Select—everything was truly excellent.
The all-inclusive experience was very well done, with a great variety of food and drinks throughout the day. The bars were a highlight for us, and the bartenders were not only skilled but also super friendly and fun, which made the whole experience even better.
The food overall was good, but I’d definitely recommend booking a night at the Portofino restaurant and trying the salmon—it was absolutely worth it. We also really enjoyed the desserts.
In our opinion, 3 days is not enough for Ibiza, especially when staying at this hotel. The hotel itself deserves at least 3–4 full days to properly enjoy everything it has to offer.
