Grosszügige Anlage mit wunderschönen Pool mit Natursteinen. Sehr grosse Auswahl am Buffet mit meistens guter Qualität.
Für Familien sehr schön, für Reisende ohne Kinder eher ungeeignet.
Leider hat es keinen Erwachsenen Pool.
Alle Liegestühle sind schon vor 10:00 reserviert. Bei der Badetücher Ausgabe ist es möglich das es am Nachmittag keine mehr gibt .
Perfect for our child and we really enjoyed
Food was ok but not great
L emplacement, le buffet de qualité et varié, les boissons comprises dans le in inclusive étaient de qualité et ce n est pas toujours le cas dans ce genre d hôtel. Accès direct à la plage.
Les piscines non chauffées, le manque d animations ( adulte et ados) et pas de spectacle le soir, soirée monotone avec seulement une chanteuse pendant 1 h , pas de prêt de jeux de cartes.

The cleaners in the room were great and the bar service
A la carte was average and we could only get booked in to Portofino (nice) and Mexican (average). At the buffet breakfast staff seemed run off their feet, no bacon or hash browns or tea cups (!) had to use paper cups. I booked a 'pool view' but could see nothing as totally obscured by palm trees. Be aware the hotel puts these game boxes in your rooms which they try to charge you for - don't let your child open it as it costs 37 Euros
De kamer was erg ruim en het resort was echt prachtig!! Geweldige dagen gehad. Erg lekker eten en met 10 min taxi ben je in t centrum!
De handdoeken voor het zwembad waren regelmatig op en de bedjes vaak al snel vol..
Great amenities, food, helpful staff. The kids club is brilliant.
The hotel was generally clean and comfortable. However, there were a few disappointing things during our stay.
Due to the recent storm and flooding, the main pool was closed throughout our stay, even though the hotel was full. There was only one pool available for all guests, and the water was extremely cold. Although the hotel advertises four pools, the indoor pool costs extra and another is actually a children’s paddling pool. So there are really only two main outdoor pools.
The sea was also not clean after the flooding, so we couldn’t swim much.
However, our biggest disappointment was the food.
We contacted the hotel before booking to check if vegan options were available and informed them again before arriving. Unfortunately, there were almost no vegan breakfast options. Apart from fruit, salad and plant-based milk, there was very little we could eat. Even something simple like a vegan pastry, porridge or any warm breakfast option would have been enough.
Almost all the breakfast food contained animal products. We paid the same as other guests but had far fewer choices, which felt very unfair.
There were a few vegan options for lunch and dinner, but no regular vegan dessert options. We only received a vegan brownie when we specifically requested one.
If a hotel cannot provide suitable vegan meals, it should make this clear before guests book, rather than assuring them that vegan options are available.
Overall, the hotel itself was nice, but the limited facilities and especially the lack of vegan food options made our stay disappointing.

Great hotel, very close to the airport, great food.
We were there during the storm. There were huge puddles till my ankel and some events were cancelled with no info about it. When you want to learn more about events and places the staff asks to check the app. At the same time the app is not easy to understand and sometimes it takes time to oprn pages there. The navigation in the app was strange. The staff is confused and sometimes not active. We asked about an event from their app and tgey didn’t have a clue where it was and that it was cancelled. I felt a bit stupid at that moment haha

Les piscines étaient hors service suite aux inondations.
Hôtel très propre et chambre spacieuse.
ALL inclusive avec des produits de qualité
Our welcome at the Grand Palladium was warm and friendly, we found all staff to be knowledgeable and nice to speak to.
We didn't have a long stay but found all the facilities to be totally sufficient and the lunch we ate at the restaurant on the beach was really nice, such a good array of food and a lovely setting to eat.
The communal areas of the block where our room was situated could have been cleaner, I appreciate it was almost end of season however carpets really needed a good hoover and skirting boards etc wiped down.
