Pros:

Great location, was clean and nice interior. The breakfast was actually quite good. There was a great selection, really nice space to eat, and great for getting an early start to the day. The girl at reception with glasses was really helpful and nice. The balcony was nice to sit out and have some food.

Cons:

The beds were ok, but slightly worn and sagging a little bit.

Asukoht on võluv, Borromeo saared väärivad külastamist, pikal rannapromenaadil jalutamine on mõus.
Pros:

Hotell asub järve läheduses, puhkealad umbes 5 min kaugusel, saartereisid ja raudteejaam 5-10 minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel, samuti vanalinn, kus on palju söögikohti.

Cons:

duširuumi uks ei avanenud korralikult, voodi oleks võinud mugavam olla. Hommikusöögil pakuti esimese valikuna lahustuvat kohvi.

La gentilezza e la professionalità del receptionist di cui non conosco il nome, ma è stato sempre educato, disponibile, sorridente e capace di rispondere a tutte le nostre esigenze.

Cons:

Camere piccolissime e rumorose. Bagni arrangiati con portasapone incollato con il biadesivo.

Hotel Boston is excellent value for your money!
Pros:

The air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable during the heatwave.
The location is perfect for arriving by bus or train and easy walk to the ferry terminal, Friday open air market, and a very good Italian restaurant at the upper end of the block.
The breakfast has everything including vegetables, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, breads, etc.
The large ceramic dishes on display in the lobby were the grandma's and added a special sentiment to this beautiful lobby.

Cons:

Nothing.

I would not even give it 1 star
Pros:

Location is great, BUT…

Cons:

Sink was dirty (only rinsed, some remaining toothpaste and thin fat layer remove le with the finger). The rooms are old, the mattresses are old and not flat anymore….sinking in the middle. The bed cover was dirty … especially the part touching the floor. I doubt it has been washed in the past months or years even.

And the worst : blood stain on the bed sheet - very obvious but by the feet, so we only saw it when we removed the bed sheet and blanket cover (the night shift person gave us some blanket cover to replace the mattress cover). The stain was 3D… like not in the the sheet itself but you could feel it by touching it. So not a small amount. Ewww. Disgusting.


And for the breakfast we could not even comment because they finish serving at 9:30am… so for people on holidays who want to take it easy in the morning , not very convenient.

It is a 3-star hotel. Unfortunately, that is no sign of cleanliness, comfort or design. Only given because of the room size, 24/7 reception, breakfast, lift maybe… some 1-star are far better in my opinion.
