Excellent stay at lovely Stresa
Pros:

We were given an upgrade to lovely room with balcony. Breakfast was very good and bed comfortable. Roberta at reception was very welcoming

Cons:

Only thing we didn't like was a glass window in bathroom to bedroom which made use of bathroom not very private. Maybe a blind would be a good idea?

Bien placé mais pas digne d’un 3étoiles
Pros:

Emplacement idéal et personnel agréable.

Cons:

Très mal insonorisé, on entendait le Voisin tousser. La propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous, et les équipements pas digne d’un trois-étoiles.

Hotel de 3 estrelles per repetir si algun dia tornem a Stresa. Segur!!!

Cons:

Pot ser el parquing en comparació a l'habitació. Però signo ara mateix que tots els hotels en tinguin un d'igual..
Pel que fa a l'esmorzar es més standard.

Unserer Meinung nach war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig unangemessen. Wir waren in einem winzigen Zimmer im Altbau untergebracht, welches nicht wirklich charmant in die Jahre gekommen war. Die Katastrophe aber war das Bad. Winzig, KEINERLEI Ablage am Waschbecken, 1 (!) Zahnputzglas für ein 2-Bett-Zimmer!? Für ein zweites hätte aber vielleicht auch der Platz nicht ausgereicht. Am schlimmsten allerdings war der stechende Gestank aus den Abflüssen. Fazit: die sehr guten Bewertungen auf Booking.com stammen vielleicht von Gästen, die Zimmer im neuen Trakt hatten?

Great small hotel in close proximity to everything and with a superb reception staff.
Pros:

Hotel Boston is situated just off the main street and within walking distance of the Lake, Old Town, numerous restaurants and the train station. The staff is fabulously customer-focused, the facilities clean and bright and the breakfast offerings were good. Hotel Boston Reception deserve a special shout-out for spending hours trying to get us to Turin in spite of the scheduled rail strike, and for extending our stay when their efforts were fruitless.

Cons:

No complaints or suggestions. There is hotel construction taking place across the street, but activity was limited during our stay.

Die nahe Lage zum See und zum Zentrum.
Toller Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne 😊

Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Dir Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Es war auch recht ruhig.
Die Zentrale Lage zur Promenade war angenehm.

Cons:

Leider hatte der Frühstücksraum wenig Ambiente.
Es war etwas lieblos eingedeckt und sehr laut. Es hallte und man kam sich eher vor wie in einer Mensa.
Die kleinen Tischeimer für Müll fand ich nicht gerade ansprechend.
Tische und Stühle auf der Terrasse sahen schmutzig aus.
Ein paar Polster wären von Vorteil um sich dort aufzuhalten.

Auch die gewaschenen Putzlappen auf der Terrasse wirken am Nachmittag nicht besonders einladend.

Das Frühstück hat noch Potenzial nach oben.
Fertigkuchen, Billigbrot, Billigmarmelade und aus dem Automaten Pulverkaffee.
Da stimmt dann das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht.

Wir hatten ein Kombizimmer mit Küche. Leider nicht für 4 Personen ausgestattet.
Außerdem haben auf dem Balkon 1 Tisch und 2 Stühle gefehlt.
