I love Sardinia, just missing the saftey and services in the hotel.
Pros:

The location and the beach

Cons:

The room is not ready, the phone was broken and they said it will take a week to fix. Also, house keeping not available all time, if they will clean the room always the door left unlocked.

Lovely setup for a couples or a girls’ trip
Pros:

Gorgeous pool and garden areas with huge variety of places to sit. Super helpful staff and a nice ambience around the hotel. High quality equipment in the gym.

Cons:

I found the bed very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning unit is directly above it.

Overall a great experience, clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting.
Pros:

The property is very clean, as we went in May some areas of the hotel were still being fixed up but I think they were preparing for the main season to start in June! Hotel surroundings and views from the room were beautiful. Great clean pool area with good seating. Helpful staff.

Cons:

You do need a car as there isn’t a lot in reasonable walking distance. The hotel ‘beach’ was a bit scruffy compared to the photos but again they may be preparing this for the main season and there are gorgeous beaches only a short drive away.

Pros:

Alles war einfach hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die wunderschöne, parkartige Lage lädt zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Auch die Halbpension war sensationell und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt und mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren auf der durchreise, das hotel war ok.. schönes schwimmbad.. grosser garten.. parkplatzt sicher im innen areal

Cons:

Das hotel ist schon älter, meines erachtens renorvierungsbedürftig, zimmerausstattung alt, böden kein modernes erscheinen!

Cons:

The seaweed should have been cleared away as the beach was amazing but this took from the beauty of the small cove beach & gorgeous sea.
Pool bar staff acted like you were an inconvenience that they had to deal with.
Absolutely need a car as it is unsafe and too long to walk to the centre of Porto Cervo.
Our room was quite damp and door didn’t close without a key. I think we got a bad room closest to the car park so maybe just unlucky. Our daughters got a better orientation room.

Mi estancia en el Gran Hotel Porto Cervo, en Cerdeña, ha sido una experiencia realmente maravillosa e inolvidable. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidas y muy bien cuidadas.

Quiero agradecer especialmente a Romina, la manager, quien hizo que mi cumpleaños fuera aún más especial con una bonita sorpresa: me asignaron una amplia habitación Junior Suite, realmente espaciosa y muy cómoda, lo que hizo la estancia todavía más agradable.

en general estaba impecablemente limpio, con unos acabados preciosos. La habitación que nos asignaron tenía vistas al jardín, todo era precioso y transmitía muchísima tranquilidad y sensación de bienestar.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, con diferentes espacios para descansar, una playa preciosa y una localización realmente muy buena. Todo el ambiente transmite calma, limpieza y calidad en cada detalle.

También quiero destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal de recepción, especialmente Tomás y Tania, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. En general, todo el team fue excelente y se esforzó constantemente para que los huéspedes estuviéramos cómodos y contentos.

La piscina, el servicio del bar y la atención en general fueron muy buenos. Alessandro muy amable también estuvo muy bien.
En el restaurante Paolo un camarero muy amable,
Como pequeña sugerencia de mejora, me hubiera gustado que los huevos fritos del desayuno estuvieran incluidos y no tuvieran un coste adicional.

En general, todo fue excelente. Me encantó la experiencia y definitivamente lo recomiendo. ¡Súper recomendado!

Perfecto para explorar las mejores playas de Cerdeña.

Es un alojamiento de 5* que supongo no las tiene por los salones….ubicación inmejorable, servicio también y desayuno estupendo.

Cons:

Nada…quizás los horarios de cena demasiado pronto deberían adaptarse a horarios de distintas nacionalidades.
