Un court séjour enchanteur
Pros:

Un endroit charmant, intime, chaleureux où l’on vous accueille avec une citronnade et où l’on se met en 4 afin de satisfaire vos envies. La gentillesse est égale à la beauté du lieu, le jardin est un enchantement et le petit déjeuner est simple mais délicieux mélange de spécialités locales ( comme les beignets bambalouni) et classique ( cake, fruits , fromages)
La piscine est charmante… les soins de hammam et massages de la merveilleuse Najwa sont exceptionnels !!!

Cons:

Nous ne savions pas que le lundi il n’y a aucune restauration possible à l’hôtel, à la piscine … mais le grand professionnalisme de nos hôtes a permis de transformer ce petit point négatif en une délicieuse découverte ils nous ont proposé et reservé le restaurant « au bon vieux temps » à 50m de l’hôtel. Vue magnifique, cuisine exquise, service sympathique…
Donc tout était parfait au final ! Il est rare de trouver des lieux où l’on est autant enveloppé par la générosité et l’accueil Tunisien

Très bel établissement, avec un style authentique et beaucoup de charme. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir le village et profiter pleinement de son ambiance. La propreté est irréprochable, le personnel est très serviable et accueillant, et la terrasse offre une très jolie vue, particulièrement agréable.

Cons:

il n’y a pratiquement pas de réseau dans la chambre, ce qui ne permet pas de passer des appels, et même le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas correctement à cet endroit. C’est assez gênant, notamment lorsqu’on a besoin de rester joignable.

Pros:

Great location, garden and pool were lovely. Room was ok (I booked the cheapest one, so not complaining)

Cons:

As others have noted, breakfast was disappointing. Staff was unable to recommend resort with beach/pool day pass. They should be able to provide that information.

Tout et particulièrement la directrice Lilia … une vraie professionnelle à l’ancienne, accueillante et efficace … un vrai plus pour mon séjour car souvent les hôtels et même les maisons de charme sont dénués de cette chaleur, élégance, professionnalisme

Pros:

Everything was wonderful, the location, the beautiful view, and especially the staff. Everyone was so caring, kind, and welcoming, from the reception and bar staff to the housekeeping team and the security guard.

A special mention to Najwa for the massage, it was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection.

The whole place was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back!

Beautiful property with breathtaking views
Pros:

We loved this place! One of our favorite things was sitting on the terrace with a cup of coffee or a drink and enjoying the breathtaking view. The property and landscaping are beautiful, and the pool is a wonderful place to relax.

We also really enjoyed the hammam and massage—both added something special to our stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, and there is a wonderful Italian restaurant right across the street, which was very convenient.

Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return to Sidi Bou Said.

I have been to many hotels in my life and I can say that this one is by far one of the bests I have been to, the amount of care and hospitality and service are unmatched with a very welcoming and helpful staff, the rooms and decorations are so beautiful and unique, the garden and the view are very cozy ( the birds drinking from the fountain must be the sweetest thing to see in the morning), and the breakfast is so well thought and delicious thanks to the chef who carefully presents the food
