Insgesamt war ich nach der anfänglichen Enttäuschung mit dem Zimmer gut bzw. sehr gut zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Lage und vor allem der Garten ist sehr gut und gepflegt. Er ist für romantische Aufnahmen sehr geeignet.
Vor allem das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei auftretenden Fragen und Problemen wurde ich sehr gut beraten und bekam Unterstützung.
Auch das Zimmer war stehts gepflegt und auch mit Blumen verziert.
Das Frühstück war für meine Bedürfnisse gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, welches ich bei meiner Ankunft zugewiesen wurde, entsprach absolut nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Aber ich habe nach Rücksprache problemlos ein anders erhalten. Dieses war zwar kleiner, aber gefiel mir gut. Leider fehlte ein Stuhl.

Le personnel avant tout bien sûr. Tout le monde est très accueillant, souriant, prêts à tout pour répondre à toutes les requêtes. On s’y sent comme à la maison.
La qualité du petit déjeuner, les chambres, la décoration, la terrasse avec sa vue imprenable, l’emplacement idéal.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps :(

Thoroughly recommend this beautiful place
Pros:

A stunningly beautiful little oasis of tranquility (complete with gorgeous garden) in the cute but very-busy hamlet of Sidi Bou Said.

Staff very kind and attentive

Cons:

All rooms uniquely decorated in local style but some don’t have outside window. If you are like me and find the window of a room very important, then make sure that the room you book has one !

Pros:

Bizim uçağımız erken saatteydi check-in saatinden 4-5 saat önce bize odayı hazırladılar. Konumu mükemmel. Manzarası efsane. Çalışanları çok ilgili. Temiz ve konforlu bir oteldi.

Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel dans un batiment historique remarquable. Le jardin est superbe. L'accueil à la hauteur du lieu.
Un lieu de rêve pour un budget accessible.

Cons:

Notre chambre 24 était spacieuse et agreable mais la lucarne un peu haute apportait peu de luminosité et ne permettait pas de voir dehors. L'isolation phonique des chambre est un peu légère car toutes les chambres donnant sur le patio peuvent "bénéficier" du bruit fait par leur voisin. Mais cela restait acceptable.

It was breathtakingly gorgeous! From the entrance gate to our bedroom, everything was really beautiful and bright.

Cons:

We had to pass the toilet before getting to our room, that was the only downside which i think not entirely the hotel’s fault because they have cleaners throughout the day, it’s more of the common sense of guests staying there. The toilet smells of pee like most of the time. Not too sure why exactly. But that was the only thing.

A faire absolument, si on veut découvrir la Tunisie.
Pros:

L'architecture et les environs étaient sublime. Une très belle vue à couper le souffle. Le personnel étaient tous adorable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Najwa du SPA est d'une gentillesse, elle saura vous détendre avec son Hammam et ses massages.

Cons:

Rien. Tout était top.

Pros:

Our breakfasts were excellent, especially the fresh orange juice and the omelettes.
The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly.we would like to comment the receptionist, Ons,who couldn’t have done more for us.A lovely lady.
The hotel was in a perfect position for exploring the town but was quiet with lovely views of the sea.
It will have been one of the best hotels of our trip and most memorable of anywhere.
I think it was a family run hotel and you can see it was just that bit more cared for and that showed in the quality staff and ambiance.

Cons:

We loved it all.
There was nothing to dislike.
The group of Americans left for the airport at 1.30 am but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel.
It was too chilly to swim in the beautiful pool so we will have to return another year in a later month.
