The room, the breakfasts, the staff the friendly family atmosphere and site were perfect.
Pros:

Our breakfasts were excellent, especially the fresh orange juice and the omelettes.
The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly.we would like to comment the receptionist, Ons,who couldn’t have done more for us.A lovely lady.
The hotel was in a perfect position for exploring the town but was quiet with lovely views of the sea.
It will have been one of the best hotels of our trip and most memorable of anywhere.
I think it was a family run hotel and you can see it was just that bit more cared for and that showed in the quality staff and ambiance.

Cons:

We loved it all.
There was nothing to dislike.
The group of Americans left for the airport at 1.30 am but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel.
It was too chilly to swim in the beautiful pool so we will have to return another year in a later month.

A faire absolument, si on veut découvrir la Tunisie.
Pros:

L'architecture et les environs étaient sublime. Une très belle vue à couper le souffle. Le personnel étaient tous adorable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Najwa du SPA est d'une gentillesse, elle saura vous détendre avec son Hammam et ses massages.

Cons:

Rien. Tout était top.

Pros:

Superbe hôtel au coeur de Sidi Bou Said, une vue incroyable, un très beau jardin, coin piscine sympa aussi même si nous n'en avons pas profité, il faisait trop frais ;-) L'équipe de l'hôtel est professionnelle et très agréable, un grand merci aux dames de l'entretien des chambres pour leur délicates attentions fleuries chaque jour :-) Nous reviendrons !

Precioso hotel en excelente ubicación
Pros:

El hotel es precioso, el cuarto era cómodo y grande. nuestra habitación quedaba hacia los jardines por lo que te despertabas y veías el mar y las glicinas en flor. Luego podías desayunar en la terraza, realmente una belleza. Ona y el equipo del Hotel en general fueron más que amables con nosotros y nos ayudaron en todo momento: conseguir taxi, guías, etc. Les estamos más que agradecidos por su amabilidad. El desayuno muy completo. Cama cómoda.

Un magnifique séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel, c’est certain nous reviendrons.
Pros:

L’emplacement était idéal, avec une vue magnifique. Le jardin est somptueux, la piscine très agréable et le petit déjeuner excellent. Le personnel est professionnel et à l’écoute du client. Nous avons également apprécié le calme et l’atmosphère du lieu.

Cons:

Rien de particulier, notre séjour s’est très bien passé.

Séjour en mode repos et isolement à l’hôtel. C’est le lieu parfait pour cela.
Pros:

Magnifique maison traditionnelle réhabilitée en hôtel. L’architecture avec les petits îlots, le jardin, la piscine, l’emplacement au cœur de Sidi Bou Said, le hammam et possibilité de faire des massages sur place. Et le personnel adorable dédicace pour le chef et ses omelettes inoubliables, ses attentions, Bachir pour sa présence discrète mais toujours là pour soutenir et aider, et Akram tellement attentionné. Un équipe formidable !

Cons:

Je comprends que le bruit puisse déranger. Le bâtiment est ancien mais c’est le charme de cette maison. Des bouchons d’oreille et ça passe.
Le pbm ce sont les événements d’entreprise. Le jardin est utilisé comme lieu de cocktail et dès le pdj on enlève tout. Et c’est très désagréable en tant que client de voir disparaître tout le mobilier dont les parasols alors que tu as envie de profiter. On te fait comprendre que l’événement est plus important. La gouvernante générale n’a pas apprécié que je le lui exprime. Elle coupe la parole n’écoute pas. La Direction nous a offert le dîner au restaurant. C’est un geste commercial que nous avons apprécié.
La gouvernante générale est un dragon. Elle mène son équipe en criant et en donnant des ordres alors que le staff est particulièrement pro et attentionné.

Unser Aufenthalt im Dar Said war einfach hervorragend. Das Hotel überzeugt wirklich auf allen Ebenen.
Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die warme und authentische Gastfreundschaft des Teams.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls ein echtes Highlight: sehr umfangreich, frisch, abwechslungsreich und unglaublich lecker. Es gab eine große Auswahl an lokalen Spezialitäten und internationalen Optionen – alles qualitativ hochwertig und liebevoll präsentiert.
Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral mitten in Sidi Bou Said. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafés und Aussichtspunkte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleichzeitig bietet das Hotel eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre.
Der Garten ist einfach zauberhaft – wunderschön gepflegt, voller Charme und ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Die gesamte Anlage strahlt Eleganz, Ruhe und traditionellen tunesischen Stil aus.
Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Komfort, Atmosphäre und exzellenten Service in Sidi Bou Said suchen.
